The order was lost and had to be…
The order was lost and had to be reordered. It was good that it was done at the cost of Lanyard Factory but it meant the lanyards came late. Appreciate support in getting them in the end. Maybe different couriers are needed.

Order got lost in the system
Order got lost in the system, and therefore was delivered after the event we needed them for. The courier then delivered the order to the wrong house, and we still haven't received a refund for our order. We are being told we have to return the order to the warehouse first, although we never received the order.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, I would have given 5 starts but we did get the wrong colour.
I did not worry to mention it as it's not the end of the world, we can still use them.

Ordering and delivery were great
Ordering and delivery were great - very quick. However the masks are not as comfortable as expected. Difficult to breathe properly through, stiff on the nose bridge and straps chafe ears
