Mi aggiungo alla lista dei clienti insoddisfatti.
Acquistato Laresar S6 a novembre 2023
L'aspirapolvere è buono, è leggero, aspira bene, è facile da manutenere, da questo punto di vista nulla da dire.
Ma un mese fa si è staccata una ruota della spazzola.
E oggi anche la seconda.
Si rompono i ganci di plastica che tengono le ruote agganciate alla spazzola, evidentemente la qualità dei materiali non è buona.
Ho cercato di contattare il servizio clienti, ho scritto al supporto, ho cercato ricambi in ogni sito possibile, da Amazon a Alibaba .
Niente, i ricambi per questa azienda non sono previsti, il supporto ai clienti non è una loro priorità, basta vendere il prodotto, il resto non conta.
Sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di acquistare prodotti Laresar
(che nonostante la mail del supporto ufficiale indichi "laresar.us", facendo pensare ad un prodotto U.S.A., sono cinesi di Shenzen)

Aspirateur robot qui cesse de fonctionner après 3 mois. Aucune réponse du service à la clientèle.

Do not trust this company to honor the 2 year warranty offered on its products sold on Amazon.

Our L6 worked for one year and then stopped working. customer service said they’d send me a replacement and never did. Then they ghosted me when I tried reaching out again

I've had the vacuum for 6 months and the battery now last for about 8min. I contacted the manufacturer and they promised to send out a new battery. Still waiting, in fact they no longer respond to my emails. Horribly customer service. Will do everything I can to discourage people from buying any.products from this company.

Et comme beaucoup d’entreprises chinoises, ils ne veulent surtout pas avoir de mauvaises notes, mais ne font rien pour en avoir des bonnes…
Je cherchais désespérément le filtre en acier en pièce de rechange : impossible.
Quant au mail de contact de l’entreprise qui fait également office de mail SAV : support/laresar
est tout simplement inutilisable. Les mails sont retournés. C’est pourtant bien l’adresse qui apparaît sur les documents qui se trouvent à l’intérieur des cartons des l’aspirateurs et qui sont donc censés être actualisés. Et on n’échappe, d’ailleurs pas des promesses écrites évidemment non tenues (qualité de service, assistance..)
Vous l’avez compris : je recommande pas les produits de cette entreprise qui n’est pas à la hauteur, et c’est un euphémisme !

Avoid this company at all cost. We received a faulty product with a two year warranty. We contacted Laserar who just continued to send us emails requesting us to show videos and pictures without any help. After numerous emails with pictures and videos, they stopped replying to all emails. Do not buy from this company.

I bought a Laresar Elite 8 Cordless Stick vacuum from Amazon in May 2024. Thought the item was brilliant but the brush and light stopped working in Sept. As it was under warranty I contacted Laresar who sent me a new brush holder but it had no brush so presumed I needed to put the old one in it. It didnt fit. Contacted them numerous times but they decided to blank me so had no further contact from them. Had to contact Amazon who had no luck either. I received a refund from Amazon which was lucky as obviously the 2 year warranty was useless as the company won't reply to you. I am so furious as it was a good vacuum and all they needed to do was honour the 2 year warranty they promised. I can only suggest you don't buy anything from this company as their promise of a warranty means nothing so you will get no support for any problems you may have.

Zero assistenza, dopo una prima risposta per avere i riferimenti di acquisto e danno, sono spariti.

Dopo poco più di un anno dall'acquisto del modello elite4 non c'è nessun pezzo di ricambio ,come i prodotti usa e getta .Pessima ditta.

Bought an Elite 3stick vacuum June 2023. Was pleased with it until it quit with an E3 code. Several attempts to contact customer service resulted in zero response. They do not have a phone number only email which they obviously ignore. Horrible customer service.

My L6 Pro Laresar (expensive one) still under guarantee. I live in Switzerland; wrote an email to support09… to get help with service bc I cannot get beyond the WiFi manual pairing. Bluetooth doesn’t find the device. The voice commands are mixed up. The software is obviously not working. NO ANSWER from support and machine not working properly.

Évitez d’acheter leur produits. Nous avons eu à faire face à une défectuosité du balai motorisé de l’aspirateur elite3 tj sous garantie. Le service à la clientèle nous a dit d’envoyer une photo en expliquant le bris. Après l’envoi de l’information demandée, plus de son, plus d’image. On ne nous répond plus. Entreprise chinoise malhonnête 🤬

I have my robot for 1 month and 23 days, and now is not workinh anymore. It says a cliff problem, plpease clean, and nothing I can do fix this problem. Since I have an issue with the product they are completely ghosting me - I have emailed them and used the contact page, one person reply - and then nothing!

Beware. We purchased this item online through Amazon. Buy the Elite 3 . They’ll take your money then you are on your own. Our machine was going well for about 10 months then it developed a mind of its own, switching power modes from one to another for no reason. Laresar customer service asked for a video to show the problem, we sent it twice! And we never heard from them again. We contacted them 6 times. Still nothing!!!

J'ai acheté mon aspirateur balais en avril 2024. En août 2024 erreur E1 l'aspirateur est inutilisable. Je contacte le service après vente. Courtois ils me font procéder à des tests puis me disent m'envoyer la pièce qui dysfonctionne. Le colis n'est jamais arrivé au départ soit disant à cause d'une erreur de livraison. Ils me disent le renvoyer et toujours rien même après trois semaines. A présent ils ne répondent plus à mes mails. Cette entreprise est malhonnête et vole les clients. A fuir

Es ist wie hier alle sagen hab den Laresar L6 Pro Saugroboter vor gut 1 Jahr gekauft jetzt seit dem letzten Uptade sagt er immer wieder „Batterie defekt oder nicht richtig angeschlossen“. Dann wollte ich auf die Website steht dort das diese nicht Verfügbar sei, auf Amazon wo ich ihn gekauft habe ist dieser komischer Weise nicht mehr verfügbar. Also in meinen Augen ziemlich suspekt die Gschicht.
