Larrington & Co Ltd Avaliações

Jake oversaw the sale of my mother’s house and I have been very please with the level of service.
I was kept up to date at every stage of the sales process and if I did have a question, Jake always took my call or came back as soon as he was free.
Administration was kept straightforward and on-line wherever possible.
I have another sale in mind and will definitely be instructing Larringtons to act.

This is our second time using Larringtons and we will look to use them again and again for future sales and purchases. We had a poor experience with our previous solicitors resulting in a loss of £5k the day before completion - not ideal. However, the entire process from start to finish has been a breeze. Alicia has been incredibly proactive and kept us well informed at every stage. We are incredibly grateful for the work Larringtons have done for us and look forward to continue a professional relationship with them as we continue to build our portfolio

Excellent service from beginning to the very end. We can’t fault Larrington & Co and so incredibly grateful for their fast and efficient service. Would highly recommend.

Jake made the whole purchase and sale of our house move very easy. He was speedy with any queries we had and it felt like the whole experience went so smoothly. Highly recommend

Really good, helpful with our sale and purchase of houses - Mark Popple was able to sort everything and explained everything so that we could understand properly. He was on the ball and everything in relation to our matters went very smoothly with no hitches. I would definitely recommend them!

Alicia has provided an excellent service for my recent sale/purchase as well as my mums sale. From the outset Alicia provided clear guidance and offered support where needed. She was always easily contactable and responded to any queries really quickly. She was able to deal with the inevitable issues that arose and did so calmly giving plenty of reasurrance as our stress levels rose. She demonstrated a wide knowledge base and took every hurdle in her stride. Her estimated bill didn't alter as we reached completion (2 years ago a family member had their conveyancer bill almost double without notice, (not with Larringtons)) so we were relieved that didn't happen to us. Despite the whole moving house process not being particularly pleasant, Alicia has been so easy to work with and I felt supported by her throughout. I'd definitely recommend her and her team for anyone looking for competence, efficiency and value for money.

Mark popple was an amazing solicitor , extremely fast response and execution on the matter , I am a first time buyer and this was such a satisfactory service my completion took place so quick and I always felt updated the communication is great here.

Excellent service from Jake Francis at Larrington & Co Ltd, would definitely recommend without hesitation.
From the start of selling my property to final completion Jake has kept me informed all the way, lovely guy with a lovely attitude. Thank you Jake.

We were recommended Alicia by my parents who had moved the previous year. When we researched her she had set up Larrington and Co and we cannot recommend Alicia enough. Everything has been done extremely efficiently and from day one. She has given excellent advice and options along the way which has been very helpful. Went above and beyond to make sure we were able to exchange on our deadline despite a lack of communication from other firms.

Jake helped with the completion of our remortgage. He made the process clear for us and gave us updates throughout. Our transaction was complete on the date required. All in all - a very relaxed and enjoyable experience as a customer. I would recommend Larrington and Co and will be using their services in the future

Great service provided. Timely, efficient and kept us up to date with progress. We found the app really helpful.

Larrington & Co provided an excellent conveyancing service throughout my house sale. The process was handled efficiently and professionally, with clear communication and good attention to detail from start to finish.

Any queries were dealt with promptly, I was kept well informed at each stage, and the overall handling of the sale felt well organised and reliable. Mark, who managed my case, was professional and responsive and reflected well on the firm’s high standards.

I would confidently recommend Larrington & Co to anyone looking for a dependable and well-run conveyancing service.

We cannot sing high enough praises for Alicia Larrington and the first-class service we have received from her with our house sale.

Alicia goes above and beyond and is always on top of/ahead of the game.

Her professionalism and knowledge combined with practical advice is a must for any house purchase or sale.

We will never use another conveyancer going forward as our experience this time cannot be topped!

Highly recommend that you don’t look elsewhere when you are looking to buy or sell a property.

Thank you so much Alicia - you’re a superstar!

Thank you to Alicia and all of the team for assisting with my remortgage, which was absolutely seamless. The communication was excellent and everything was handled quickly from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Larrington and Co. Thank you!

I had never heard of Larrington solicitors but they were recommended to me. From the fine I first communicated with them with the selling of my property and the purchase of a new build, the service and communication was just exceptional . Even when I had to change the purchase of my new build, nothing was too much trouble. From previous experience and experiences that friends had told me about Larringtons we’re just completely different. Alicia the director was exceptional in everything, We all know how stressful buying/selling is but Alicia made it the best it ever could be. I can’t rate any higher. Thankyou

Highly recommend Larrington & Co. The whole team were great and I was kept informed and updated throughout the entire process which made the conveyancing experience a lot easier and less stressful.

Alicia has been brilliant in both our sale and purchase, not to mention approachable and friendly. We have received balanced advice throughout the entire conveyancing process and I would thoroughly recommend Larrington & Co Ltd to anyone who seeks a smooth and efficient service.

Amazing experience. My first time buying a house couldn’t have gone smoother & that was down to Alicia. Very quick & got the job done!

Jake was absolutely fantastic! We recommend you to everyone we speak to. You made everything for start to finish stress free and it didn’t go un noticed the hours you work and the commitment you had to getting us to completion.

Our first time of using Larrington & Co and can’t thank them enough for a very smooth move, Jake Francis and colleagues were very helpful every time we had a question or something we needed help with, always answered the phone but it not available would always call back, we can’t rate them more highly - wished we could. If we move again we will be using Larringtons again for sure.
