I saw the Boyfriend Mini Lumous Mixed Gold Green 31MM on Larsson & Jennings UK website was sold out. I reached out to the Customer Service Team to ask when the item would come back in stock as I would have liked to have purchased it for Christmas. Sophie from the team reached out to advise the watch currently in stock, but was only available in their US warehouse. Sophie offered to create an invoice for me and arranged to ship the item directly from the US. To my surprise, the watch arrived on the only 4 days later and in time for Christmas.
I cannot say enough how great my experience has been with Sophie from the Customer Service Team and how swift the turn around time was for an international order. I look forward to ordering again in the future.

Update: After leaving the below review the manager of customer services contacted me directly to offer a refund or replacement for the watch. I was contacted quickly and the customer service manager was extremely understanding and I am delighted that the exchange watch I ordered is now being processed. Thank you Jhoanna.

I have bought two watches from this company in the last 10 years, I loved the design and was always complimented on them.
Back in August I purchased a third watch, when it arrived (in late September) I realised it wasn’t the size I was hoping for so organised to exchange it for another design of the same price - a straight swap which I thought would be easy to sort.
They claimed the returned watch was never received and offered no solution so I was €140 down with no customer service.
In November I unexpectedly received an email to say they had received my returned order and were processing the exchange - great news. It’s now mid December and I have still not received the watch I had chosen as an exchange.
Very little communication about what is going on, it’s a pity because I had always recommended Larson and Jennings to friends who asked about my watches. I hope they haven’t had the poor experience I have had. I would not be inspired to buy from this company again.

I hardly ever write reviews but it is worth stating - DO NOT buy from this company. TERRIBLE customer service. They only respond late at night or early morning and then once you respond you have to wait another 24+ hours to get a response. A conversation that could be handled in 5 minutes has dragged out a week already.
I had trouble getting a link reattached after I removed some to try to make it fit and after hours of trying I finally gave up. When I asked if I could return the item and get a refund they said it wasn’t possible. If I can’t even wear the watch, why would I want to keep it? Their policy is that it must not have been touched. That’s like telling someone they can’t try on a shirt before they buy it, but if they do and it doesn’t fit then they’re stuck with it. The watch still has its original sealing and it hasn’t been turned on. Once they reattach the links it is a perfectly fine watch. They have offered zero assistance and say the same thing over and over in each response message I get every few days.
There are plenty of other beautiful watches that are MUCH better quality and at a better price point. Do not waste your time with this company.

absolutely no assistance when a returned item was not delivered to you. Even after explaining I was in Australia & had tried to contact the postal service in the UK by phone, email & text message regarding the item, all I received a basic can't help. I was able to tract it to Coalville distribution centre & was able to give contact details to you but still no assistance.
Service is extremely poor & regardless of whether you product is good or not I would never order from you again & absolutely never recommend you.

Ordered a mini elevate watch and within a week the screen had condensation in it. They sent a replacement and exactly the same thing happened. They did refund the watch but customer services take a while to get back and seem to email only early hours of the morning, then take another 24 hours to respond. Don’t recommend

Customer service needs a lot of work and the return process was unnecessarily complex and drawn out because the customer service agents would keep closing tickets and switching reps, almost as if buying time to time out your ability to make a return. The watch was fine, just not as expected so I wanted a different one instead, but the process to return the watch was such an annoying process I will never buy from this company again and didn’t even bother buying the watch I was eyeing. Annoyed I had to pay $20 to return the darn product (unused, unworn, had it for less than 7 days still in its box) because they didn’t even foot the shipping bill back to them.

I ordered a gold watch from Larsson & Jennings. I received it and I love it beautiful and elegant. I ordered a second one of two tone golden silver , but it got lost on the way and couldn’t be found. I contacted the customer service of Larsson & Jennings and they were the best customer service ever. They answered all my questions and replied to each email I sent regardless whether it’s a weekday or weekendand they did their best to satisfy their customer. The watch couldn’t be found so they sent me a new one. It’s on the way. I hope it arrives on time. I couldn’t ask for more help and support . The best customer service team John, Jossa and Sophie. Thank you so much.

I was disappointed, the gold looks cheap, there was a duty fee that had to be paid that I NEVER expected and then had to pay an additional $25 to get it sized.

I had asked when my order might be sent and was contacted by at least three customer service reps. They were all so kind and made me feel that I was a valued customer, as well as answered the inquiry to my complete satisfaction. The product did arrive and is beautiful.

Returned a watch to the company. Although it was stated as delivered by Evri, the company could not tell me until 2 weeks later that they had not received it. I did email them on day of supposed delivery to inform them. As a result I was unable to lodge a claim for a refund from courier, as the time limit is 5 days!
