duties and links cost extra
I was surprised by the duties charged and the time for shipping. I also had to pay an additional $25 to have a jeweller take a few links out. otherwise the watch itself is nice , but cost almost $100 more than expected with all the extra costs associated with it.

From customer care to delivery, I felt truly seen as a client. I had some issues with payment going thru so I contacted customer services and we had the matter sorted within the hour. Then, I had some issues with delivery and the customer service team were on it since my first email, all the way to delivery. Stay Away!! Don’t risk your money!
I purchased a ring for my wife as a Christmas gift, but ordered it ahead of time while they were having a sale. When she received the ring, it turned out it was a bit too small. I reached out to the company to ask if we could exchange the unworn ring for a larger size (would be willing to pay for shipping myself) and I was told that it was too late since we were outside the tiny 21 day return window. To add salt to the wound, it took multiple emails to even get a response to the question because the customer service agent either wasn’t reading or wasn’t paying attention to what I was asking and was simply sending short, automated responses that didn’t answer the question. It’s unfortunate because the ring is nice, but the customer service is abysmal, particularly considering the cost of the jewelry. Would not recommend and will actively caution others against buying from this company.

Happy with the product
Ordered the gold watch as a gift for my daughter. Packaging, look and quality etc was all great. So far she is really happy with it. My only small quibble was with the delivery - it took a really long time to reach me from the USA and it was hard to track so I am glad I ordered early and was relieved when it arrived.

I’ve been wanting a L&J watch since seeing them appear on my Facebook a few months ago. My boyfriend just got me one as a gift and I’m honestly kind of disappointed. I believe I received a used watch. It wasn’t packaged well and it has scratches on it already. It is a beautiful watch, but I’m sad because it looks used.
