Amazing. My husband purchased the Anorak for me and originally it was a little too large, returns was super easy, we purchased the smaller size and it arrived within a couple of days, quality is amazing and service great ✨

Ordered a suit
Ordered a suit, it was not packaged well, screwed up into 2 small bags, difficult to see how it looked on as so creased. Was very large on sizing which I knew was the look but didn’t suit me it was huge Tried to return using the DHL link, it did not work, didn’t recognise my order number. There is no phone number to call so e mailed & I must admit customer services did reply the same day. Had to send back tracked with Royal Mail so I hope I get my refund! Could not register the return online as once you click the DHL return link (and that didn’t work) you unable to click on the return my item button. Not a particularly good system in my experience.

You will appreciate we are a fledgling business and this necessitated that we link our returns administration to off the shelf financial and distribution systems i.e. it is not a bespoke system as the costs of developing one were prohibitive.
We have however chosen our logistics partners very carefully in a genuine desire to ensure our customers get the very best overall experience from us. Our team are always on hand to help you via our customer service email address should you come across any issues.
Regarding your feedback on our packaging, we are disappointed to hear this. We take great pride in our packaging and quality, and as you can see from customer reviews, 99% of our parcels arrive beautifully packaged so I apologise that this hasn't been your experience. I will pass your comments on to the relevant teams to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Great Experience!
Not only are the clothes gorgeous, well-made and well-tailored, but the customer service is phenomenal. I purchased the Morgan coat with my first order and the sizing was too large. I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to get a return since I live in the US and the company is based in the UK. However, not only was customer service friendly and quick to respond, but also offered to send me back an exchange of the correct size and cover the shipping on the coat that was sent as an exchange. The shipping was fast and efficient, and contact with the team continued throughout. Cannot say enough good things about this company or their service- will certainly shop with them again!

Awful Returns Policy
Sizing is really difficult to work out. I purchased a £50 item. It cost £5.95 for delivery. I need to return as the sizing was wrong (I ordered an item in a smaller size than usual and it was still too large). There was a £2 processing fee for returns and a £5.95 fee IN ADDITION if you use their returns.
This is close to being a scam - no other retail company charges for delivery and returns as well as a processing fee.

Worst customer service I have ever…
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Asked to send photos of the fault and issue with leggings. Them basically told there was nothing they could do as I had worn them twice. WHY ASK FOR PICTURES
Leggings grew bigger and baggier as day went on.
