Ordered from these a few times and experience is always second to none, sizes always perfect quality always great.
I had also ordered two similar tracksuits with the same pair of shorts Matt reached out to me to offer a refund on one pair of shorts and sent one as they were the same. Would have been very easy for them to send the same pairs!
Nice touch from them and made the difference getting in touch, will definitely be ordering again.

I paid £180 for a “Berghaus” tracksuit. It came with the prices scratched off. My partner wore it once, put it in the wash (after reading washing instructions) and the pockets and zips fell off. I emailed the customer services team and got nothing but an extremely arrogant email back basically saying I had misused the item. They have since not replied to any of my emails. The item was either fake or faulty as my partner has multiple berghaus tracksuits and this has never happened before. Please do not buy from these rude people. The customer service was absolutely despicable and rude. All they want is your money.

Thank you for your taking your time to review my business , Despite the 1 star rating I still appreciate your thoughts on our service !
After inspecting the images you sent on email the only plausible explanation for the pockets of a tracksuit falling off in the wash is that the customer has not followed the washing instructions!
We have sold hundreds of these exact Berghaus tracksuits over the last year or so , not once has a customer emailed saying the outer pockets & zip have come off their tracksuit in the wash!
As for the allegations of the tracksuit being fake , I kindly ask you to find me a fake version of the tracksuit you purchased! You won’t because everything we sell is 100% authentic. Secondly it is illegal to sell counterfeit goods in the UK , my website provider also asks for invoices to prove that the goods I am selling are coming from an authentic supplier in order for me to continue selling on their platform!
Finally touching on the customer service side , I believe my customer service is great , as you can see by the majority of the 5 star reviews below this!
