Sonya was very helpful and efficient. Without her understanding and support throughout the process, I would have had more difficulties completing what I needed to do considering that I would not be in the UK for a long enough time for the necessary procedure required. I have to thank Sonya here again for all her help.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are utterly useless. They were acting on behalf of my buyer and were terrible from start to finish. They delayed exchange 6 times, would never respond to my solicitor, lied about the length of time searches took to come back (3 months when they were returned within 2 weeks) and were so difficult to deal with. If your buyer if using them tell them to get a different solicitor else you will waste months on end dealing with them! They also delete any negative reviews making them look great!

Completed re-mortgage. Conveyancer Pravya did a wonderful job. Good communication and kept updated. Strongly recommended.

Great work on completion of my property purchase. Timely manner. I had just short of 2 months to complete due to other commitments, Sreekumar was able to complete it within 5 - 6 weeks. Definitely recommend the service.
