Title: Beware of subscription traps – disappointing experience
I signed up for a subscription without fully realizing the costs and unfortunately fell into a subscription trap. Despite positive reviews online, the service was unclear and there were issues with cancellation and refunds. I had to actively contact my bank and support to reclaim my money. Users should be cautious and carefully check the terms and conditions before subscribing.

I got the document i needed with no…
I got the document i needed with no hassle. The only thing was that no fee was mentioned until i went to download the document, cheap as it was, it would've been better to say upfront.

Underhand rip off website
Underhand, deceptive website which doesn’t make clear that you are signing up to an expensive monthly charge. This information is buried at the bottom of a long automated email about their services. When I called to complain, an employee called Farah assured me that the pending payment on my bank account would be reversed before it was debited, but it has now been debited from my account. Waste of my time and money. Avoid.

I used the tenancy agreement template. Even though it was not free, as advertised on the web result, it only cost £1.59. Unfortunately I did not realise that I had signed up for a monthly subscription. I contacted them through the online chat and explained the situation and they agreed to refund the subscription payment straight away.

I think this is a dishonest company
I think this is a dishonest company. I used their website to pay £1.59 to download a legal form. The following week they took £34.90 from my bank account as I had apparently, with no knowledge or agreement from myself, entered into a subscription with them. Trying to access my 'account' (which I didn't set up) online is impossible and my only recourse has been to block further debits. I am now trying to have the £34.90 returned but am not hopeful. Be very, very careful, I believe they may be operating far from legally.
