First off, it was a great relief to send a photo of the vehicle, because that detail is really not so little. Self respecting people, especially seniors, need to know they’re getting into a vehicle that’s been maintained; the inside would have to be especially clean and free of worrisome germs. And this vehicle was spic and span, inside and out. I used to supervise. So I can spot when work’s halfway done.

There was also a section of bottled water in the backseat area, new and clean, not dusty or spotted or looking like it had been sitting in the sun. Every inch of the car had been thoroughly detailed, and the ride was also satisfying and smooth (and no, I’m not getting paid for this review).

So just make sure you’re not a slob or rude when you use this service. Too bad some convalescent hospitals and waiting areas don’t look at things this way, but I digress or do I?

As for the driver, he was extremely courteous, wasn’t chatty, the ultimate professional in every way. You won’t go wrong with this company.

And if your grandparents like the old, elegant ways of people opening doors for you, this is the one. This is the company. Outstanding!

Greg kept me informed that he was at the airport and where he was.
It was excellent driving and he is doing very good on his English.

I reserved an Airport to Hotel transfer for my client, and their flight got delayed from Italy, (4 hours ) I contact Mr Gagik and he was very friendly, professional and helpful I am so very relieved and grateful.
