Top tier quality, great customer support!!

I ordered, hoping to receive the dress for an event 8 days after I ordered. As I’m in London and Lazy Oaf is supposedly a London based company, I figured that the dress would arrive in time. I was sent tracking information the day after I ordered so I was sure that it would arrive. Sadly, it has not and now I have to source a last minute option to wear. I’m sad and disappointed. Despite loving the dopamine dressing, I’ll most likely never order from them again, as the whole operation now stinks of drop-shipping and I now question their sustainability practices.

Got taxed an incredibly high amount extra (almost 50% of the order total) which came in not only as a surprise but also a total inconvenience - nobody care to mention before i finalized shopping nor even on the order dispatch confirmation. Disappointed and annoyed.

I loved my products when I received them. However, when I made my online purchases it appeared that I would be receiving free shipping, however when I went to pick up my package from the post office, I had to pay the shipping service (Landmark) $103 for my package. I was pretty upset since I was not notified that I would need to pay such a large fee when making my purchase. Because of this, I dont think I will be purchasing from Lazy Oaf again despite my cute clothes.

I love Lazy Oaf clothing and all our family buy from this store. I recently had an issue with a pair of tights. The customer service provided was excellent. I will continue to buy from this company. I highly recommend them.

Whenever I go to London, which unfortunately has only been twice, I spend an inordinate amount of time at the Lazy Oaf store. The Lazy Oaf website is as close as I can get in New York, which is probably for the best. The website is sometimes confusing — I’m never sure if I’ve seen everything, what with the collections and the outlet and the new in and the sections for men, women, and everyone. But I always manage to find something I must have.

They were very helpful, the package arrive on time and in perfect conditions! Loved the clothes, cant wait to collect more :)

The range and quality is great. Pricing is high but understandable. Sizing can be tricky though and the last few releases there is no info re the model sizes which I found helpful. Exchanging is an expensive option when you live in Australia.

I rate Lazy Oaf very highly. Their amazing items come in inclusive sizes makes me really happy. Easy to order and each package comes in a cool eco cardboard package.

My package was lost for a few days before it was found, and Lazy Oaf customer service was 100% responsive. Shipping was quick!

Honestly if I could afford for my whole wardrobe to be Lazy Oaf I would buy everything (: such an incredible company - fast shipping and quality items! Even living in America, the shipping is quick! Thank you for being so unique and just an overall wonderful business!
