Great delivery time
very easy to order vis the website
fantastic replacement for my original lazy susan parasol which I had for 13 years
it is a pity they do not sell parasol covers

When I ordered I thought delivery would be 10 days plus. After 2 days I was notified by mail that it was coming that day. We couldn't have been more pleased. My husband put it all together that afternoon and by the evening we were sat in the garden eating!

What an elegant attractive set of garden furniture this is. The Terracotta accessories we had chosen look perfect, giving a continental feel to it. Both sets of kids and families have been plus other relatives and friends, all of which have admired our new garden furniture. Couldn't be happier

Delighted with my new bench from Lazy Susan. It was delivered promptly and well packaged. I found it simple to put together, although an extra pair of hands to steady it did make it easier. The finished bench is excellent quality, really comfortable to sit on, and very sturdy. The antique bronze colour looks great in my garden.

Superb quality. great delivery time. Well packaged.
Just a great product.

Telephone service outstanding, especially with assistance in paying. Not everyone does internet banking, you know. Delivery was earlier than estimated, but did not cause a problem. Printed instructions might have been a little easier to follow, but finished articles look lovely. When my garden no longer resembles a desert, I will try to forward a photo.(might need some help with that!) Many thanks.

Lovely table, chairs and sunshade - exactly what we wanted.

But quite a lot of construction needed and some of the screws were difficult to adjust.

Fantastic now that it is up though!

Very helpful, good advice, swift delivery and great product.
Very happy customer
Thank you x

I am extremely pleased with my Lisa Garden Table and 4 Chair Set. I upgraded my chairs to Rose Chairs, which are wonderful.
This is excellent quality garden furniture, which was very well packaged, and easy to assemble.
Delivery was on the agreed day and within the time slots as notified.
I recommend Lazy Susan Furniture and will be buying more products from them.

This is my third set of furniture from 'Lazy Susan', because my previous purchases have been so successful. Their products are stylish, well-proportioned and robust.
Interestingly, the friend who assembled the chairs, said many times how impressed he was with the quality of the product, the instructions, the careful packaging and the presentation of fittings - and he is definitely not a man who awards praise lightly!

I can't fault Lazy Susan for the quality of the furniture. We went with them as we wanted as low maintenance as possible for an outdoor set. Their delivery was smooth and, when I had to contact them because I'd ordered the wrong colour cushions, customer service was brilliant - they sent me replacements without charging extra. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars, however, is that the assembly instructions were not clear at all. The bottom of the table needed to be assembled in a certain order, which the instructions did not make clear enough and this delayed us putting it together. It would be helpful if their instructions were clearer. I would still recommend their products, though.

Delighted with our new garden chairs. I bought 2 x Emma and 2 x Rose (with cushions) to replace some wooden ones we had had for years and kept re-painting. The Lazy Susan chairs are a significant improvement. They blend in with the whole garden much better and add a touch of sophistication! Very pleased!

Friendly reliable company. Prompt delivery service. Maintenance free furniture which continues to look good after years of wear and weather.

The furniture was as described. It was delivered, well packed, so pleased with the purchase.

Easy & straight forward to use website. Amazing choice. Excellent quality. Very stylish, the Hannah table with 4 chairs has a mediterranean feel to it, exactly what I was looking for.
Easy to read instructions. As a mature woman I was able to put all pieces together myself. All components and tools supplied. I did read someone else's review who remarked that a flat head screwdriver was supplied instead of a Philips head, the screwdriver actually has both heads, it pulls out of the handle and can be turned around for either head, which I thought was fantastic. The only one thing I have negative to say is about the courier used. DHL dumped 3 large boxes on my footpath, I had no knock or ring of the doorbell and a text was sent saying I had signed for it. I hadn't and the name was made up. Everything else from start to finish with Lazy Susan has been deserving of the 5 stars awarded. I very highly recommend.

It was delivered on time although at a different time to what I specifically requested. Couldn’t contact you as wasn’t prepared to wait while I was 34 in the queue! Hade to cancel two appointments. Other than that no complaints. Well packaged, easy to assemble, excellent quality, comfortable. No complaints. Highly recommended.

Could not find what I wanted in Sandstone finish in the "SALE" but a phone call later and I was able to get just what I wanted and more at "SALE" prices, thanks to excellent customer service. Delivered in a few days and looks so good I decided to upgrade our patio area for our 50th. wedding anniversary.
I have read other reviews and while I agree a socket and a better screwdriver was very useful... those small tools do the job with little danger of over-tightening that you are in danger of with a socket.

The furniture is sturdy and looks great on my patio. I was fortunate to have my son`s help assembling it since the pieces are quite heavy. Also not entirely clear where the different sized screw caps go and a few of them where imperfect. Minor detail, and extra were supplied anyway. The whole thing was very well packaged, carefully delivered and on time.

We bought a jasmine bench with seat cushion 2 Kate chairs with seat pads and 2 willow tables in white- we are impressed by their style and quality and love them the seat pads lacked the classy look of the bench cushion and although we had a problem with the bench cushion Lazy Susan staff were brilliant in getting it sorted promptly- we recommend them.

I have been purchasing items from Lazy Susan for years, it has always been a pleasure. Guess what, our garden looks marvellous.
