I had an excellent experience on the phone - mainly with Valentina. She was superb on all occasions. The products are excellent. Beyond my (high) expectations.

Very happy with the service from placing the order through to delivery.

Very fast delivery and easy to put together with clear instructions.

The product is great quality and the customer service exceptional. Very responsive.

Beautiful table a d chairs
Really pleased with them
Highly recommend 👌

Ordered table and chairs separately by mistake. Customer service sorted my order out and refunded the difference. The set arrived quickly and I managed to set it up by myself but had a friend tighten the screws. It is comfortable to sit at and very sturdy I really recommend this company

Table and chairs arrived, there was missing parts from the table,I emailed the company and the service manager mailed me back immediately telling me a new table was on the way,I call that excellent customer service,
The new table is due today.quality of furniture is very good.

I wanted a bistro set with proper backs on the chairs. The Rose set from Lazy Susan is perfect for the small courtyard at the back of my kitchen. They are excellent quality and very good value for money. I'm a female in my 70's and it was easy for me to assemble on my own. They came well packaged and the delivery was prompt and to schedule.

I was expecting a single piece item like my previous chairs, but perhaps that was overly optimistic for a bench. Assembly was only 8 bolts and easily achieved. My previous furniture is now over a decade old and still looks fine. Expecting similar from this item.

Product exactly as described
Would recommend to anyone

Good from start to finish. Able to choose exactly what we wanted from the website. Very competitively priced patio table and 8 chairs, lattice effect, powdered grey aluminium finish.
Helpful customer service with our queries.
Delivery managed v efficiently, we were fully informed of delivery arrangements and timing.
The boxes contained every nut, bolt, washer, spanner, screwdriver needed for assembly. Ok the first chair took me 30 mins but I got quicker and quicker the more I did. Strong, well built and finished product.
Very pleased, highly recommended. Thanks.

Very pleased with the garden furniture. Good quality and durable. Easy to construct.

So impressed with my June table, 4 Kate chairs & nice weighty parasol base in Antique Bronze. Arrived promptly in excellent packaging. Managed to assemble 2 chairs before chums came to help. Easy to follow instructions & it looks superb. Everyone has said how stylish it is, the chairs are really comfortable even without cushions. I have every confidence it will last a very long time. Thanks for providing a quality product & service Lazy Susan 😀

Very strong and looks great

Great furniture. I have 2 sets of table and chairs and one bench. All are top quality and will last a long time. Definitely recommend these

I have to admit Lazy Susan ought to change their name to Charming Susan. I have been overwhelmed by the outstanding support and cooperation I received from Kenton and Nicola when I realised I could not manage the table and chairs in my garden as I am too disabled to use them!! Silly me.

The quality of the cast aluminium looks good and it's well made. They provide all the tools. Took a bit of assembly and definitely worth having a socket set handy but it all fits together well. Looks great now and hopefully it will stand the test of time, better than wooden furniture we've had in the past

We've purchased a few pieces from Lazy Susan and have been impressed with the quality and durability of the aluminium garden furniture. You do need the seat cushions though, and I recommend buying the custom made ones as they fit well.
The only disappointment has been the parasol holder, which is made of steel and so is prone to rust. Lazy Susan replaced the first one we bought but the issue has repeated on the second

Superb quality and excellent after sales service. I have bought goods from them three times .

Excellent customer service, queries were answered by return. Beautiful parasol in a different league to others available online. Looking forward to sending a photo when the garden is in bloom.
