Bought a watch from Harrison and LBJ last week and it was a fantastic experience. Very nice office, akin to that of an AD which was nice. I think it’s important to get that feeling when buying an expensive timepiece. Harrison wasn’t pushy at all and offered a very fair price on my part ex. Walked away a very happy customer and will certainly be back!

Made contact with Luke via the website on Monday to enquire about a Rolex Datejust 36 MOP for my wife...followed up with a video presentation that same morning and concluded the purchase.....included Luke buying in my wife's 23 year old Rolex for a very fair price. We called at the showroom today (2/10) to collect the new watch. Luke was highly professional, knowledgeable and very passionate about watches...his customer service was also 1st class and was happy to put us at ease.....highly recommended

After much deliberation and trying to find the exact model from a main rolex dealer I'd just about given up, i decided to broaden my scope to jewelers "so glad I did" after speaking to Luke about the model they had in stock "registered 5 days before I bought it" we agreed a price. Harrison called me straight back "at my request" the transaction was as smooth as silk, the watch arrived today 30/9/25 and it's fantastic exactly as described, i cannot rate them high enough, honest,professional and at fair price.
