LDN Hire is a London-based self-drive minibus, minivan and van hire company serving customers across London and the surrounding areas. Our passenger fleet includes 9, 12, 15 and 17-seat vehicles, with manual and automatic options available subject to fleet availability. Our minimum hire period is three days, and we also provide flexible longer-term hire and leasing options. Delivery and collection are available across London, including homes, workplaces and airports. Hire packages include insurance and breakdown cover. European travel can also be arranged in advance, subject to the intended destination being covered. Customers should contact our reservations team before travelling abroad so that the appropriate cover and documentation can be arranged. Customers can submit an enquiry through our website or speak directly with our reservations team. A reservation is not confirmed until vehicle availability has been checked, the booking has been processed and written confirmation has been issued by email. We explain the relevant driver, licence, documentation, deposit and payment requirements before the hire begins. Vehicles are handed over with a condition inspection, and the insured driver must be present at delivery with their driving licence. Extensions are subject to availability and must be agreed with our reservations team before the scheduled return. Our vehicles are regularly used for family holidays, school trips, business travel, production work, sports tours, religious and community groups, events and journeys throughout the UK and Europe.
