Ordered on the 30th of July, attempted to contact as I've received no update from the original order confirmation.

I have tried calling and messaging them and I'm sorry to say I think it's a scam.

I did check the Trust pilot and at the time it had two bad reviews and two good ones so stupidly gave it the benefit of the doubt.

I ordered on July 10th, with a scheduled delivery date of July 30th. Today is August 18th and I still haven't received any news about my order despite several unanswered emails... I hope the sofa will be comfortable because at the moment I'm sitting on the floor and my backside is starting to hurt.

I placed an order for fabric samples on 16/07 which still hasn’t been delivered. I have contacted the seller in writing via e-mail and instagram on 31/07 as there was missing paperwork on their end which had stopped the order to be delivered to the UK. As I received no response, I managed to find a phone number, which I have called on 04/08 and was told that the issue will be resolved, but they are prioritising other orders now. I requested an update as soon as the missing paperwork is provided to the courier and the parcel is back on track. I am still waiting (17/08) for any type of update. I have lost hope that this order will ever get to me, as the contact from the merchant is very poor and there is no pro-active engagement on their end. If issues like this arise during a sample order, I’m afraid it doesn’t bode well for any future orders. So to summarise - completely unprofessional and I would recommend staying clear of this merchant, especially for international orders.

Extremely poor customer service. Two months after receiving my order, I am still missing a cushion and I received another one in the wrong color. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email, WhatsApp, and Instagram, I only got the reply: “too busy to answer your inquiry.” This is unacceptable. I do not recommend this company.

Hello ! Sofa order done on June 16th.
I was informed that my parcel would be shipped between July 7th and July 10th.
As of today 16th of July, we past the estimated shipping window, I have still not received any shipping confirmation or update regarding my order.
Avoid it, it's not a reliable company at all !!!!

As they have warned about extended delivery times, I've been trying to contact them. Sen two messages through their website and three emails to their info-mail. No answer after three weeks. Also tried calling the number in the website without any luck.

we got into the glitch around delivery time...it has arrived over a month after initially promised date, which made few things more complicated on our side...still not the end of the world. The communication around it was great and honest after all. Couchies finally arrived and we are super happy with it...feels, and looks great...so all in all worth waiting for, thank you!

This company is a scam!!!! I’ve sent more than 3 emails, tried to contact them on Instagram but they never answered!!! It’s more than 1 month that I’m waiting for my sofa and nobody answers!

Everything went great. Sofas are incredible comfortable and customer service was on very high level. Shipping took 2 weeks, totally worth waiting.
