Above and Beyond
We have been using Leaders to rent out our property for a few years and we have received nothing but exceptional service and support in that time. Debbie recently has proven to be the most proactive and resilient person I know, she has gone above and beyond to assist us and help resolve a delicate situation of which we are now through. Thank you so much for all your dedicated over the last few months, it is truly appreciated.

Excellent advice and help with refurbishing rental property
Debbie and her team have helped us with our rental property for years and kept us up to date with how best to let it. We are very pleased with her help and recommendations for a recent refurbishment and installation of a new heating system as ours was outdated and inefficient. I am sure it will keep us in excellent letting potential going forward as well as retaining our current tenants.

Awful
Would not allow me to apply for any property as I was bankrupt 2 and a half years ago. What chance do people with non perfect credit have of finding somewhere to live when companies like this discriminate. Bishop Stortford office very judgmental and uninterested in helping me the second they found out I was bankrupt a while ago, despite now being discharged and no debt. They could not get off the phone quick enough. I have references and a guarantor, still won’t help. Very poor service in an already bleak situation. Thanks for nothing.

Great service and staff
We have been searching for a flat recently and I can’t thank Thomas enough for the time he has taken to show us round all properties we enquired about and ensuring any questions we had were answered. Top guy, top service and would definitely recommend these guys if your looking to rent
