Ellie did my inspection yesterday. She was polite and very kind. She even reported our water tap valve, as we thought it is just normal because it is really hard to close the valve since we moved in on that place.

I had my inspection today and we had the pleasure of Ellie, she was lovely,polite, and considerate :) very friendly and smiling and Professional always makes the visits feel a lot let less awkward. Did what she needed to do with out issues always a lovely encounter with her and any of the team wether it’s a visit for inspection or a phone call or email we have made having a question or assistance :)
