Slow with repairs, but good communicators.

I had a good experience with leaders…
I had a good experience with leaders kemptown when looking for a new home the stuff were helpful and made considerable effort to make my application for a flat I was interested in a success In particular the letting agent oliver king who showed exceptional customer service skills and worked closely with me to progress my application going the extra mile with the whole process I would recommend this letting agency to others.

Renting out a property
Kerrie Knight has provided me with expert guidance, helping me rent out my property. As this is my first experience of being a landlady Kerrie has been excellent in helping me at every stage. Kerrie responds to emails very promptly.

Lovely team
Kerrie, Natalia and Thomas were all so helpful in getting me into my new home and I am truly grateful to have had such wonderful estate agents! There has been some extra deep cleaning I have needed to do but they were amazing in getting the whole flat recarpeted and white goods installed that I honestly don’t mind doing it myself ☺️ Very friendly, personable and professional team!

I can highly recommend Kerrie Knight of Leaders, Kemp Town for her services regarding rental properties. She is very polite, professional and very efficient. She was a pleasure to speak to. Kerrie listens to you with empathy and talks you through the various stages in a simplistic language you can understand. Once she is aware of the relevant points of the situation, sets things in motion and resolves any problems speedily and efficiently. She definitely went more than the extra mile. I am amazed at how much stress she has taken off my shoulders during this personal difficult time. I cannot praise her enough. She is a super star and an asset to the company of Leaders. Well done Kerrie!!! ( I cannot leave without adding my thanks also to her team working in the background )
