I am absolutely delighted with the exceptional service provided by the Leaders team! From start to finish, the process of securing my rental property was incredibly smooth, fast, and convenient. I am especially grateful to Daria, who guided me through every step with such professionalism and kindness, making the entire experience stress-free. Do not use.

I have been ignored for 4 months, called up and asked to get a managers email to help and nothing.

I have been left without a fridge and freezer for 3 months and my contact states I can not put one in myself. I have been accused awful things, getting me mixed up with another apartment. I have been left in inhumane conditions with nobody to help, it’s sickening and can not even get a call back.

I am a first time renter and would NEVER recommend leaders, I would warn away.

Leaders go by the book. No short cuts.

As a FTB, I was very impressed at how smooth the whole process was. I met Kim (Pearson) who has been amazing from day 1, she explained the house buying process to me and nothing was ever too much trouble whenever I had any queries or concerns. Ryan was great too, we kept each other updated throughout the process and it was nice to have someone there to help and made the process feel less daunting. Despite some issues with key collection, I can honestly say that Sandeep was great and supported me throughout the whole process.

Annoying company do not listen to what you tell them

have a really attentive property manager (Vikki Goodwin).
she is always accurate, If I need any work doing she happily takes care of everything, and keeps me updated at all times - I never need to chase up.
never in the three years she has been managing my properties have I felt disappointed with the level of service she has provided.

After recently moving in to a property we had an issue with our boiler and could not get it to work. I called my property manager Georgina naylor, she went above and beyond to ensure it was rectified the same day. She was extremely polite, friendly and helpful keeping me up to date with with everything

I have used Leaders for numerous years and have found them to be very approachable and pro-active in handling the property.
My case manager Vikki Goodwin has always been very easy to talk to, helpful and efficient in dealing with any issues which arise. They also provide regular updates about regulation and tax changes which could impact the landlord.
