Just how lovely, attentive and professional rosie has been, it has made my experience so easy, even with every question I have had she has had no problem explaining in full detail through every step of the way.

If I could leave 0 I would definitely don't recommend renting from them my house is covered in mould the walls are wet and the ceiling in my son's room is socking rand leaders and they said it's ok it's only a bit off water my boys are constantly in plans out off hospital with asthma so the cold weather is coming up and it's going to worse because are to lazy to do repairs that need to be done. My daughter bedroom has had chuck everything away including her mattress because the mould was that bad I can't wait for my contact to end useless leader are. Never would I rent again from them

I called several times to view a property , after some time they booked me to view a property on Saturday , the next day I got a call that the property is no longer available.
This is not a serious letting agency to work with! I will personally check the new tenants and if they took this decision straight on race I will file a complain at Citizen Advice.

We have recently listed a property for rent with Leaders, the process was incredibly efficient and the level of customer care was brilliant. From the rental agent viewing the property at 12noon, we had the property listed online by mid-afternoon and by the evening a prospective tenant had already been found.
