Recently had a change of circumstances with my living requiring me to stay at my current property after already giving notice. I spoke to Harry Hayes who was extremely understanding and reached out to the landlord on my behalf and helped me out making my life so much easier. In my past experience with lettings agents many wouldnt have even bothered and would have just said no so it was a refreshing change.

Lee Croston at your Kenilworth branch has been excellent. Great communication throughout
the buying process; extremely personable and professional, giving reassurance when things
became tricky with probate. Lee is a pleasure to deal with and we'll certainly use his services in
the future and recommend to friends. We have a rental portfolio with your Kenilworth branch and this property will be added to that. The Lettings team are fabulous too!

Was their tennant for 5 years. Shody service at times, poor comms.

Then they were difficult at the end. DID NOT WANT to come out to check the property when vacated. I had to get myself and the landlord to their Kenilworth office to get the keys handef over and then had to argue with them to get the deposit back.

Now a shoddy customer service continues. 3 weeks to get a letter from them, nothing yet
