As a first time user of lettings agencies, Leaders are highly professional and very helpful with quick responses and due diligencey.

All the staff is good and polite with the clients and very friendly behaviour.

The staff is always there for you to support topics regarding your tenancy. They are solution-oriented and beware all the legal requirements.

They are nothing but money looters. I was handed a house in a filthy, unacceptable state — dirty carpets, stained bathroom, oven grill left with old French fries, cupboards full of the previous tenants’ utensils, a broken dishwasher that never worked, and even a sofa full of animal fur under the cushions. The windows, floors, and garden were also neglected.

I immediately reported all this within 24 hours of moving in, and their response was simply that the landlord “did not wish to proceed with further cleaning.” I had no choice but to spend £400 of my own money on a professional clean just to make the place liveable.

Now, after I left the house in a far better condition than I received it, they have the audacity to demand more money for “cleaning.” This is beyond unfair — it is dishonest, exploitative, and shows exactly what this agency is about: squeezing money out of tenants for things they themselves failed to do.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do not trust this agency. They will take your money, cause you distress, and then try to blame you for their own negligence.

I have been using Leaders for the past five years. Sara in the Leamington office is just brilliant at finding new tenants as the need arises, and they feel comfortable with her knowledgeable approach. The maintenance is now ran from the Worcester office which I thought would be a problem, however Aimee does a great job informing me of issues with the properties. They also complete all of the HMO tests and certification required.

I had the worst experience ever with this company. To avoid a 6-hour drive, I opted for an online viewing of a property, during which only the positive aspects were showcased. Trusting their presentation, I signed the contract before seeing the property in person. However, when my rental period began and I arrived at the house, I found it in an unlivable condition: dirty and scratched walls, filthy and foul-smelling carpets, mattresses with yellow stains, mold, and dampness. The overall state of the house was deplorable. Now, the company refuses to cancel the contract and return my money. I understand the rental market is under pressure, but offering properties in such a condition is unacceptable and an offense to those seeking a place to live.

I've had a great experience with Leaders so far. Logan has been very helpful with anything that's needed sorting.

Renting my property with leaders agents it was a rough path. Paul from Leamington office is been the last agent had to collaborate with. He was helpful enough in comparison to the others. He was calling back, chasing tasks without needed to much of the landlord attention.

My experience with Leaders has been fantastic from the initial meet with Sara to Sophie and Stephenie. The ladies are very professional from their telephone manner to getting a tenant to my flat. They answered all my questions, very patient and knowledgeable. They communicated every step of the way. Sara came to my property for the initial assessment, she took her time to explain everything clearly and she was honest. I had met with several letting agents but decided to go with Leaders. I have no hesitation in recommending Leaders to anyone.

Their leasing department is truely awful. I have been living a nightmare for the last 18 months due to illegal drug users in the proprty above me and they rufuse to do anything. Avoid at all costs.

One of the poorest estate agents I've ever dealt with. From a complete lack of management, to an absence of empathy - as well as poor communication, ignoring emails and generally having no interest in providing any support for tenants while managing a property.

I would suggest that anyone looking to rent a property in the future avoid this business, especially the Leamington office.
