I am a landlord and i was trying to find a good agency and i found Leaders, the best thing i have done, they are an excellent service provider, just within 1 week they found me a tenant.
Lewis and Fiaza where dealing with my property they both have been just amazing, Very proactive communication, quick to respond to issues, polite, efficient.
They were very knowledgeable and patient with my questions and Friendly. Excellent… I would give them my highest recommendation.

Trinity has been a great help in making the move go as smooth as possible

The entire progress from start to finish was very straightforward. Our showing with Fiaza was a very plesent experience and she was able to answer all questions we had while moving through the process of applying. We were in repeated contact with both Fiaza and Trinity who were both consistently helpful and professional helping to ease our nerves while waiting for approvals. When we picked up our keys we were given a charming gift box as a welcome package for our new home, it was a pleasure to work with such professionals.

I spoke with other LEADERS AGENTS but Lewis Langdell, is the BEST team members from LEADERS ESTATE ANGENTS to deal on.Always calm and polite when talking to you on phone or email. Lewis is very knowledgable and helpful throughout the process of moving in.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Lewis and the rest of the Leaders team. It took less than a week from valuing my property, photography, advertising and finding a tenant. The whole Leaders team were fantastic from start to finish. I would thoroughly recommend them to any Landlords looking for new tenants.

Lewis was so helpful thoughtout our whole moving process and was always on hand via email or phone call whenever we needed it. Even in the evenings and weekends he was super responsive and always pointed us in the right direction and kept us up to date with anything we needed to know :) Thank you Lewis you’re amazing! :)

I would never use Leaders again. Their service has been a complete waste of time and money.

I chose them based on online reviews and initial promises. I was told my property would be rented within 2–3 weeks at a competitive price. Instead:
• Rent was lowered four times without proper justification
• It took two months to secure only three viewings
• Property was rented only after I had already left the country, despite giving full management
• Communication between their staff was extremely poor — three different people, none aware of my situation
• I was repeatedly asked about arranging viewings after I had already left the UK, although they had been informed several times
• I was asked if I was in Poland, and I even received a letter referring to Afghanistan — a clear sign they did not know anything about my case
• Their “Landlord Portal” is useless — no meaningful information
• Rent payments are delayed and slow to process

They promised marketing efforts (including a pole sign) and discussed a no-deposit option — none of this was done. They did nothing for the first month while I was still in the UK, then rushed once I left, without proper communication or transparency about tenants or other prospects.

I trusted them with full management, yet I still had to manage situations myself because they forgot important details and failed to follow through on agreements.

This has been a stressful, unprofessional, and disappointing experience. They benefit from landlords’ money while providing little support or value. I do not recommend their services.

We had a tenant turnover last month. The team, especially Lewis, did an amazing job in marketing the property and securing a tenant in a very short period of time. He was very helpful and the communication was excellent.
It was a stress free process.
We are very happy with all the help and advice provided throughout the process.
We are very satisfied with the way they handled the turnover and would definitely recommend Leaders.

I rented a property through Leaders in Wolverhampton and had a fantastic experience. The house was lovely, The staff were incredibly responsive, and the communication was amazing! That's so nice of them! And the gift they gave me in the box was a lovely gesture. I highly recommend Leaders!
