They booked me an appointment. I waited over 55 minutes and rescheduled for another day. They took my payment within seconds though. I hope the rescheduled appointment doesn't make me waited like the original appointment did. Google states that Leafwells wait time in 5- 15 minutes. That's a joke!

They promised a refund if the state…
They promised a refund if the state declined the application. They said, "the physician who certified your card is temporarily unable to enroll new patients into the program." When I notified Leafwell of this, they ghosted me. I will not back down!!!

Paid $100. Received my paperwork, went to dispensary and was laughed out of the store. I was told the $100 only covers the approval. If you want to be prescribed anything you have to pay more money. 100% scam

If I could give 0 I would. I am VERY disappointed in this company/ scam.
I made this appt Friday what appeared to be a simple fee $99 and televisit, after paying I realized I would have to go to the Tampa clinic. They had NO PHONE number to call so I did not want to go to the clinic about 15 mins after purchase I called the main number (not the clinic as there is no phone)and canceled I asked if there would be a penalty for cancel I was told no and I was told I was going to get a call back but I never did they did sent me an email with a refund receipt $99 I thought this was over and I moved on but sadly it was not over. They sent me an email and a text saying I had an appt the next day I responded to both saying No I cancelled and showed the refund receipt. Then the next day they charged me a no show $25. I figured it was a mostake after SEVERAL phone calls to the main phone and messages left and emails they tell me they cannot refund the $25 that they refunded $99 for cancelling but $25 is for NO SHOW! UMMMM IF I CANCELLED WHY WOULD WOULD I SHOW I am still arguing with them over $25. I will not stop until I get my refund. This is a JOKE

IT WAS NOT AN ERROR YOU CHARGED ME $25 for not coming to an appt that I clearly cancelled. I had to make phone call after call and email after email. Don’t make it sound like this was an error because no one was able to help me without management who apparently never can come on the phone!!!! Also you all made it sound like this is your policy. How you can be ok w charging anyone even one dollar for not showing up to an appt they canceled is completely insane

Believe the one star ratings for Leafwell left here at Trust Pilot .. I paid $49 thru my cc for an appointment today with Dr. Jen Guerra and sat in the virtual waiting room from 8:58 am thru 9:10 am and the doctor never showed up .. my camera and microphone were both on .. I have emailed their support team and initiated a chat and left a voice mail at their phone # stating that the doctor was a no-show and I want my $49 back .. no one has contacted me yet about this .. based on what I belatedly read at other Trust Pilot one star reviews about this outfit, it looks as if I am in for a battle getting a refund.

Biggest rip off going says put in code ascend drops down to 49 bucks for renewal don't work never gave me renewal charged my bank 75 bucks got them under investigation for fraud next I'm going to state have there license yanked and try to call not accepting calls wat a joke

Certification paperwork incorrect
My paperwork for patient certification was completed incorrectly listing my last name as both my first and last. Impossible to get thru to speak with a live person. Phone number listed on website for White Plains kept disconnecting. And when I went in person to the Leafwell location in my city per Google, the site was vacant/for lease.

They didn’t put my mailing address on the form so I will never get my card after paying and getting the approval and you’re never able to speak to a person only text messages and you have to sign in every time you send a text message and you’re lucky if they respond

In your state, once the state reaches out for you to submit your payment, you would be able to update your address to your mailing address. Initially had some problems, but they were quickly rectified.
I initially had some problems this time around, but they were quickly rectified by leaf well. Someone from the company reached out to me and handled all my issues the next day. I guess we all make mistakes but it’s how we fix them that really count. Thank you Leafwell.

Terrible experience with uncleared fees structure. Stay away! Go to a real doctor, a physical location and ask all the questions you want. Leafwell ain't it - they upcharge you a premium and provide bad service.

Was told I would receive certificate…
Was told I would receive certificate same day and did not. When asking for guidance constantly told it wound be in email by end of day and now we’re into next day and nothing. Very frustrated and would never use this platform again

In your state, the digital copy of the certification is generally uploaded on the same day to allow use while waiting on the physical copy to be mailed. I understand how important it is to be able to access your medication, and I apologize for the issues we caused. HIDDEN $99 subscription fee !
Paid fees but couldn't connect with doctor . It prompted me to paid a $99 yr subscription fee. I thought id already paid for ther services when i scheduled my tele-med appointment. Apparently the $49 charge wasnt the total for renewal. I tried over an over to reschedule but always wanted the $99 . After many hrs of getting screwed around @ leafwell In the end i went back to GREEN BRIDGE SOCIETY an within 1hr of starting renewal application i had renewal process done .

Don't trust your medical health to this…
Don't trust your medical health to this company! I PAID for my certification and they cancelled me a few MONTHS early. When I contacted them to rectify the situation, they did...and gave me a free month, in apology. Which would be great but the reneged on the final month. I based my finances on their promise and now I'll be without my ONLY pain medication.

Nightmare
Before 15 seconds time, I did receive the recommendation from the doctor. I was not given an option to pay for uploading to omma, or I would have taken it. Having said that, and not emailed you from the date of that uploading their information to the state of Oklahoma was an effing nightmare. I got the recommendation at 11:30 in the morning and it was 3:30 in the afternoon non-stop before I managed to get the information to the state of Oklahoma. Sign up with the companies that give you the option to guarantee the upload to the state. I promise you if it's a penny under $50, it is worth it.

I was under the impression if I paid…
I was under the impression if I paid that extra fee they would help with the hard part of filling out the application but that wasn't the case. I figured it out eventually but that was 35$ down the drain for nothing.
