Depending on the state you are in, the chosen medical dispensaries may be able to assist with finding products that meet your needs. Additionally, our membership program is optional and is not a requirement to be seen by our company.

In your state, once the annual fee has been submitted (unless you qualify for a waiver), the card is mailed and received within 1-2 weeks. I completely understand how important it is for you to receive your card so that you can access your medication. Small glitch but they resolved it quickly
There was a snafu in getting my card; reached out their customer service was top-notch and they got it taken care of very quickly, so I got my card nearly as fast as I expected.

In your state, after approval, the state sends an email with the digital certification/card needed to purchase your medication at your local dispensary.
