I asked this company about their “artists” and how about some names and their bios. If you’re purchasing art, don’t you want to know who the artist is and what their background is? Surprisingly, I did receive a response and the responses that their work is designed by committee. Here it is: Each design is an exclusive property of Leah Ideas, carefully developed by our creative team. We maintain a high standard of quality and color durability so that every piece can be enjoyed for generations.” It’s anything but art. It’s a “committee”. And that is exactly how the production line pieces of the 60s and 70s from the far east reproduced. A production line of people adding lines adding splotches of color until you had something that resembled “art”.

Sent my roommate pieces of wood to act as a frame for our home art. The wood is flimsy and cannot be used. Following up in email admitted to sending defective product and claims it’s too late to do anything because we waited to assemble the frame given the amount of work it required. Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Knows they are sending out defective goods and are making excuses for it. Claiming complaining about a product is out of some sort of time frame. Then proceeded to tell me they knew the products were defective. They did nothing to remediate this and just hoped they wouldn’t receive complaints. And I guess because I waited so long to open the package they were correct, but I do not want anyone else facing similar issues. Do not shop from them!!! Now they have proceeded to attack my character for writing a review. They said “ Thank you for commenting on Trustpilot. I can really tell you are a super busy "Man".”. Horrible Horrible Business. (It’s truly a shame I can’t post screenshots of the emails to back my claims with full honesty)

We’ve now seen that this is the fifth time you’ve edited your review. While you're entitled to share your experience, it’s important for us to clarify the facts and respond to misrepresentations.
To begin with: the item you received was not defective. It was delivered in good condition, met our product standards, and was shipped more than 10 months ago. You only contacted us very recently — not to inquire or ask for help, but to demand a full refund and a complete replacement of your entire order. In other words, you requested all items be resent and fully refunded — essentially asking for everything free of charge.
Despite the significant time that had passed, we were still willing to help and even considered resending your full order. However, the hostile and threatening nature of your messages made it impossible to proceed in a constructive way. Instead of a respectful dialogue, we were met with accusations and ultimatums — including your statement that if we didn’t meet your demands, you would post negative reviews and have your friends submit false ones as well. One of those fake reviews has already been submitted and was reported immediately.
You also referenced lines from our emails out of context to support your narrative. At no point did we insult or attack your character. We have only responded factually and professionally in defense of our small business and our team, who work hard every day to support customers fairly and honestly.
We welcome genuine feedback and are always ready to make things right when concerns are brought to us in good faith. But we do not and will not accept intimidation, manipulation, or dishonest tactics.
We remain confident in the way we’ve handled this situation and stand by our integrity, our policies, and our values.
