Great service, arrived on day and tine agreed. Came back to finish off when a part was missing

Although a nice guy the shower tray which was ordered was wrong size. I had to chase up when a replacement was going to be fitted. I took a day off work but was then told the replacement hadn’t arrived. I waited 12 days without a shower (I do have a bath) for myself and young son, before a replacement was fitted. I seemed to be doing all the chasing rather than the other way around. Very frustrating although when he did fit it he worked late into the evening to do it.

It was a great first experience with these guys, we had a heating element fail in a water tank which after much persuasion myself and my wife realised it wasn't budging....... It was time to reach out to the professionals as we realised that the tank needed replacing after 52 years of heating water.
Rob + 1 responded to a post I put out asking the recommendations so did a bit of research.
I was more than happy with the reviews and some great social media video's put my wife's worries at ease as she felt comfortable .
Got the quote which was around what we was expecting to pay so pretty much so was happy to accept.
He had hoped to get the work done earlier, but a few delays from the supplier caused a bit of a delay which I was informed about. When the new tank came, Rob came on his week off to fit it.
Before he left he was concerned due to a slight noise so got the other Rob to come and check it out who gave it a clean seal of approval. This shows to me they care about what they do.
I will be using them again for future work!

They did good job and didn't make a mess

Came to us to repair problem that was beyond previous plumbers two attempts. Rob was great, friendly, professional, great communication, turned up when he said he would, and best of all, fixed the leak. Thoroughly recommend and I've kept his number for another day. Thanks 😊

I can’t recommend Leaky and Sparky enough. I was able to contact Rob late at night after a leak in the house. He spoke us through sorting the issue until he was able to attend the next morning, which, late at night, was more than useful. He explained the issues, completed the job professionally, and is extremely reasonably priced. Finding a reliable plumber is something that’s tough to do, but I know with Rob, I have my go to plumber (and electrician) whenever I need to. Thank you so much!

We got in touch with Leaky and Sparky after we were blindsided by another company. They came out the same day to have a look and were amazing, polite, courteous and genuine. Completely different to previous company. We opted to have our boiler replaced by them, they kindly fitted us in within a few days knowing we had a newborn baby and a toddler with chronic illness. They have done a fantastic job, no mess left. Really courteous of property and made sure ours and neighbours dogs were safe and gates were closed. Couldn’t be more pleased! We definitely recommend them! Thank you for a great job both.
