TERRIBLE SERVICE – Very Slow and Poor Communication

I had an extremely disappointing experience dealing with Sajel Patel regarding my lease extension and the sale of my property.

The process was extremely slow, and communication was very poor. I had to call repeatedly myself just to get updates, rather than receiving timely information from the firm. Responses to emails and requests were often delayed, which made an already stressful property transaction even more frustrating.

For a matter involving a lease extension and property sale, I expected much better communication, efficiency, and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend their services based on the level of service I received.
