I was put in touch with Lease Law at the tail end of a difficult leasehold extension negotiation. This was at the stage where I would have to apply for tribunal proceedings as the negotiations with the freeholder had been protracted and difficult.

I had the good fortune to have Jade handle the case from here on in. Jade was incredibly responsive from the off and throughout, providing helpful, detailed responses to all my questions. I was kept abreast of progress in terms of contract negotiations and the path to completion, which lead to a timely conclusion with the leasehold being extended as I'd hoped.

LeaseLaw were very professional, personable and supportive throughout the whole process of extending my lease along with my fellow neighbours. It was quite a long process, but throughout the time they were always there to help and support me with any concerns or questions I had throughout the process. Elizabeth from Lease Law really took the time to explain the whole process to me and make sure that I understood and was comfortable with what was happening. If there was anything I needed to do, they made it very clear, which helped alleviate any concerns that I would do it wrong.

Having spoken to a few legal teams on the subject of extending my lease I engaged Lease Law to negotiate with my extremely difficult and unhelpful Landlords which they did with great professionalism against fairly aggressive opposition.
