I cancelled and order and they’ve claimed to issue a refund within 8-15 working days. This was on the 25th of August. As of today, 15th of September, I have still not received my money even though they’re claiming it’s been ‘processed’. They have not sent me any refund remit or evidence of this. So in effect my money has been stolen.

The merchant is misleading. They sent me (exceeding the expected waiting period) a pair of shoes w/out vibram soles they stated they would include for an additional amount. When the shoes arrived with just leather soles, I requested refund of the additional amount paid. It still hasn't happened. The merchant insists they have not received the full payment for the shoes ($285) although my credit card company repeatedly confirmed the merchant has been paid. The full amount in my credit card stateemnt has been paid by me.

I am writing this review as I'm currently still waiting for the delivery of my order from leather shoe company.uk
And would advise anyone to avoid this fake company at all costs my shoes were ordered on the 16th July and since then have been trying to find out where my ordered shoes are and every time I try and contact them I get nothing but excuses and fake information as to the delivery date and from my investigations DPD received information from the company on my delivery on the 25th July at 02.30am and haven't received any further information from leather shoe on my order they are supposed to deliver to my address but every day they say that I will receive the order today but how can the courier deliver something they don't even have to deliver.
The shoe company is rude when I try to get this sorted out and that's not how you treat a customer in my opinion and I will be reporting them to companies house directly as they are scamming people of there money and order.
Totally unexceptable to treat customers in this way and don't try to call the telephone number on there contact information it's a fake telephone number and isn't recognised on the phone system.

If the leather shoe company want to investigate this situation but even if I do receive the order I doubt they will be of a quality I would even think about wearing.
This is currently ongoing and will make another review of the situation when I get any further information about this fake company who are without a doubt scamming customers and treating them with complete disrespect.
I only gave 1 star as I was unable to make a review without giving a star rating.
But avoid this company unless you want excuses after excuses and still receive nothing from them.

Bloody scammers. They say order would arrive in 3-5 days it took over a month . The shoes arrived in a used box from Pakistan. They are such terrible quality that when you touch the suede black wet ink stains your skin. They smell like they were soaked in a sewer. The size was off by 2 sizes. Called to return them as per their policy and get the run around. Reported to credit card company and the refunded money

So far not the best experience. In a rush to buy some shoes for holiday and then to be told delivery will be between 21st and 26th

On there website it states delivery within 3-5 working days.

Shoes will be returned.

Why are they teamed up with sham ecom ltd? Seems dodgy

The shoes were clearly extremely substandard and very poorly made. Delivery was slow and every time you email to enquire what is going on, you get a bounceback as clearly the company is not in the UK.

My advice would be, do not order from this place as clearly extremely poor quality cheap shoes, being charged at proper prices

Les délais de livraison annoncés ne sont pas respectés : il faut relancer sans cesse le service client pour avoir des informations de suivi.
Le colis est expédié depuis le Pakistan !
Les chaussures sont de mauvaise qualité, très inconfortables, impossible de les porter et de marcher avec : l'intérieur est mal taillé et blesse les pieds;
Plus de nouvelles suite à ma demande de remboursement : ne commandez pas sur ce site !
