Love the coffee! It took a little while
To get here but was well worth the wait! Ordering more now!

Ordered the decaf and the robusta 252g bags online. Dispatch was quick but Royal Mail decided to send the parcel elsewhere then they corrected it. Nothing to do with Black sheep they did there part well.

Both coffees were used for espresso and both where nice enough cups. Quality isn’t bad at all. One gripe was the dates. From memory as I’ve binned the bags the decaf was around 9 months old, the robusto was around 5 months maybe. The dates are the back are long. It’s far superior to anything in a supermarket imo.

Maybe I was expecting too much or expected it to be more like specialty coffee or smaller roasters. I feel the price is on the higher side. It’s not that its over priced par say but I feel for the money you can get fresher coffee elsewhere. That said I’d be very happy to drink them both again.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I only bought an over-priced coffee to charge my phone and laptop whilst waiting for my train, only to find most of the plug sockets do not work… I managed to find one eventually but when I asked a female staff member if there was an issue with the sockets, she said “if they’re not working they’re not working there’s nothing I can do” in the most nasty and incredibly rude way, when I only asked (kindly and inquisitively) if there was a known issue. Whilst I’ve never found any staff at any Black Sheep Coffeeshop friendly, there was absolutely no need for the horrible and nasty attitude I experienced in the Edinburgh North Bridge location today - especially seeing as the place was mostly deserted (although I can see why now). I also had a homeless person come in and constantly harass me and staff did nothing about it. The reviews saying the WIFI is quick and easy to connect to are completely false. After numerous attempts, I was still unable to access the WIFI. The experience has permanently ruined my view of Black Sheep Coffee and I will never be using them again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, unless you like the worst possible customer experience possible of course!

Their pistachio latte is divine. Their staff at Edinburgh airport are always so friendly and helpful too. Really appreciated that when you’re hot, tired and in desperate need of a coffee before long drive home

Ordered a coffee and waffle from here today two waffles came stale with no toppings that I asked for on them. Coffee came the complete wrong flavour would never order for here again and recommend anyone else to stay away from ordering here

My go to! I always get the matcha with espresso mixed.

Every time I stroll into the shop, I find myself feeling a bit let down because they never seem to have my favorite sandwich on hand: the delicious chicken and chorizo delight. I remember chatting with the staff member, who casually mentioned that it’s one of their most popular items. That made me think—if so many people are raving about it and choosing it as their go-to snack, wouldn’t it make sense to keep a larger supply on the shelves?

With a hint of frustration, I suggested to him, “If this sandwich is truly as popular as you say, then it seems you should definitely have more of them available!” It just seems logical, doesn’t it? After all, I can’t be the only one with a craving for that irresistible combination of flavors! I even urged him to consider updating their inventory system, so that it could reflect what’s actually in stock. That way, no one else would have to face the disappointment of seeing their favorite sandwich unavailable. A little adjustment could go a long way in ensuring that customers leave happy and satisfied, looking forward to their next visit!
