Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry it took six business days for your parcel to arrive – we completely understand how frustrating that must have been. We’ve checked the tracking, and we’re glad to see it has now been delivered.
We dispatched your order as quickly as possible, but unfortunately, An Post experienced a massive backlog due to Black Friday and Cyber Monday. This was an unusual situation, and we’ve never experienced delays this long with An Post before.
