Ledneons Avaliações

It was absolutely wonderful. I gave it to my neighbors for their anniversary, and it truly made their day they couldn't stop raving about it!

Hello and hope you are well! After ordering a couple personalized signs from other companies; I’ve realized that the quality for the price doesn’t begin to compare with LED NEON! It took a little wait but WELL WORTH IT! The professional quality and durability as well as the beautiful aesthetics FAR outweigh the other sights claiming the same. The price was almost the same as others but I testify the results will be more superior! Enjoy your order because I’m ecstatic about mine!

Quick and professional. Arrives as promised. The sign was amazing, bright, and very colorful ! Definitely recommend

Exceptional customer service! Would recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a unique, beautiful gift.

I was guided through the creation process with all of the choices using the chat feature which was instant! I had special instructions on delivery and Ledneons exceeded all expectations of professionalism, customer service and a beautiful quality sign.

From the planning stage right up to my LED being delivered. My light is exactly what I ordered and wanted. These people are the best!! Excellent communication and they really care about you being happy with your product. A++++++

Time was short and the fact that all the hardware was included, make the experience outstanding.

Worked with me on size.

Product looks great

LED Neons is the best! They are fast and efficient!! I chatted with Mark about a project I needed quickly. He told me that he would get right on it even though he couldn’t promise me my sign would get to me by my aggressive deadline. I went ahead and took a chance and it was delivered in time! Customer Service top tier! I would recommend 10/10!

Multiple shipping delays, which is out of the company’s hand. Frustrating but understood. Great quality LED sign. Lucky my wife really likes it.

My experience with LedNeon was very good. I am extremely happy, they are quick to respond with change suggestions, good customer service, professional, and produce a very good product. Nothing could be improved upon. I would not hesitate to highly recommend.

Super Happy with my sign. Needed this done as soon as possible and it came 3 days earlier which let us get started on our project on time. Thank You so much. Will be ordering again soon.

Our experience was beyond phenomenal. We reached out to them, provided our logo design, received a response quickly with mockup of exactly what we wanted and we saved $400+ from a previous quote. The package arrived a few days later than what LedNeon and ourselves expected due to the carrier but the wait was well worth it. Oh and I cant forget about their customer service...beyond GREAT!!!!!! They were so patient with me with all my questions/concerns as they reassured me that everything would turn out like we wanted. Again they were so right. Thanks again, we will recommend you time after time.

I just posted a 1 star rating…. I am very regretful for doing that….( I was mad because my neon arrived broken) my apologies… it was a transportation mishap. I emailed customer service, and they took care of everything… they have a great team! I would give them 10 stars, for being patient with someone that jumped to the worst possible conclusions…. Thank- you for your patience and virtue!

Doing a whimsical remodel of my basement and the LED sign I bought exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommend!!!

I received my Neon Sign and it Absolutely Beatiful!! Delivery was quick, price was reasonable, sign was made perfectly. My best friend saw it and wants to order a sign now!

I was looking into getting a custom neon sign of my logo. I was new to this, so it was important to know what I would be getting. I reached out to a few different vendors and LedNeons responded quickly and left little to the imagination. They sent me a link to a product page with a photorealistic image of my logo. I was impressed. They were not the cheapest of the bunch, but their communication and the concept image gave me confidence that I helped me decide to go with them. (With this type of thing, I imagine, you get what you pay for)I got my led sign quickly and could not be happier!

Love how our sign turned out! Goes perfectly in our game room as intended!! Would definitely order again! Easy to design what you want, and great quality for your money! Very happy with it!

Amazing experience! There was a little hiccup with the shipping process and the way LED Neons handled it was incredible. Extremely quick to respond to my emails and they took care of the issue in under 24 hours. Cherry on top is I received my sign today and it’s GORGEOUS! Highly recommend this company!
