Very disappointed with my experience. I had an appointment booked for 3pm for a consultation. I got a message asking if i could come sooner 2pm the same day to be polite I agreed. I got a lift to the clinic which was a 40 minute drive each way. I also took a half day from work using my annual leave . I got to the clinic at the new suggested time and was left waiting for 55 minutes in the reception. Each time I required how long more would I be waiting as I had someone in the car park waiting for me .I was told they will be coming soon . They never did come so I left I told the girl on the 4 time i was leaving and I didnt get a call or message apologising it was a awful experience.I was willing to spend alot of money with this clinic and had many whatsapp face time conversations before this . For my time not to be considered was a insult i would expect this from the NHS not a private practice. Please take into consideration that people have to travel ,take time off work ,lose out on salary to come and see you please do better

Have a video consultation organised for over a week. No call. Messaged to see what was happening, rearranged for an hour later. Again no call. Not someone I want to I trust with my surgery. Very poor communication. Very unprofessional.

My wife had facial surgery at LPH, after we had searched various other providers. They were not the cheapest, but we believe the experience was worth the extra. This review confirms those already posted on this site, in that it is a 5 Star experience throughout. Initial interview confirms what you are looking for and advice is given for that and what may also be an option, or what is not necessary to establish the result you are looking for. They don't try and sell you what you don't want/need. You even get to meet the surgeon!
From arriving on the day of the operation to going home after it, the whole day is professionally managed by caring and experienced staff. Initial aftercare is via WhatsApp contact 7 days a week and you are asked to upload pictures of the facial work done to ensure the healing is going to plan. Messages are responded to very promptly at all times. Return visits to the Hospital are arranged, scaled back as time progresses. My wife is apparently healing very quickly and she is extremely pleased with the results. She is now on monthly reporting. As expected, there was some pain after the operation, but this was managed by the pain relief tablets provided. Took a while to go away, as expected. They certainly provide all medications you need to progress the healing and we took a cruise only 2 weeks after the Operation, with no issues.
Overall, therefore, an extremely rewarding experience for my wife, managed professionally by all staff throughout and worthy of this 5 Star review.

I will be one week into my surgery tomorrow. Mr Arshad performed a deep plane neck,face and lip lift. It could have only been Mr Arshad for me because it wasn't about the money for him, he wouldn't have performed surgery on me unless I stopped smoking, Mr Arshad is professional, ethical, and the reason I stopped smoking. If you are looking in the mirror and feel unhappy and have the wherewithal to do something about it (I am not loaded I saved for this) Give Leeds Private Hospital a call, you will be in very safe hands. I can't tell you what an amazing difference I can already see. Thank you the whole team

Went to Leeds Private Hospital for Rhinoplasty and it was the best decision ever! I’d met with 4 surgeons but felt immediately comfortable with Dr Arshad! The staff really look after you throughout the process and really make you feel like the star of the show!!!!

I am 68 and had an extended deep plane facelift, blepharoplasty and lip lift on February 7, 2024 Performed by Dr. Arshad. I was home on the same day, the staff were amazing, very knowledgeable helpful and supportive. Pain was minimal and managed with paracetamol. I look and feel so much younger

Very personable communication before, during and after. I was impressed by the patience they provided when making my decision, and they didn't rush or try to sell. They wanted the best for me.

I was very well looked after pre, during and post surgery and I'm very happy with the results that will made a huge difference to my confidence.

What a positive experience!!!!!

I had an upper eyelid procedure and the process from start to finish was first class.

They treat you like royalty, greet you at the door and the surgery and after care is 1st class.

Nothing is too much trouble and they are so welcoming and inclusive .
