Overwhelmingly terrible. Snakes they are. Try cancelling your subscription - an impossibility basically. They deliberately make that process very difficult. In the end, I could find no way to get my subscription cancelled, AT ALL. Website button to do it, doesn't work. Emailing their support gives no response. Only way is to cancel your credit/debit card so their (horrendous!) fees don't come through each month. They are 4X the price of (better) competitors - but it is FRAUD that they basically make it impossible to cancel your subsciption! It seems to me theyve been charging extortionate fees for a number of years - but I just put up with it, because being quite busy to research alternatives...but recently, all their customers got an email saying their fees were going up monthly by around 30%, to (apparently), help THEM grow, as a company...in other words...you the customer, are here for OUR convenience, and not the other way around. This crossed a red line for me, as I am sure it did for many, many other customers also, who are now also, trying to cancel their accounts like me, for the same reason. They's now realised they have made a mistake, and are desperately trying to "stop" people from cancelling their subscriptions and accounts. This is FRAUD, in my opinion. Even if (to try and "correct" things), they lowered their fees to just 25% of what it currently is, I would STILL walk away, cancel my subscription and account. I am highly annoyed at the way they have tried now to rip me off, and also many others just like me, I believe. They will never EVER get a "second chance" with me, no matter the circumstance. I do not "do" rip off artists! I really DO hope after this crafty little "trick" of theirs lately, they lose all their customers, and go thoroughly, but thoroughly bankrupt in the process, and learn a proper lesson for how to run a business, properly. If they try just ONE more time to take money from my account without authorisation, when I have all the evidence I have told them I "want out", charges of FRAUD against them will be laid with the FBI
