Elizabeth immediately realized that my prior conversation had not met my needs and started by crediting me yesterday’s $264 charge. I made a new will and in the process I changed my mailing address from my home in Texas to my new home here in Washington state. When I got an email receipt for my will the address that you were going to mail the will to was still my old address in Texas. So, I had to call and spend another 30 to 45 minutes getting my address updated.
