Not sure the lenses work for me. My previous pair Warby Parker worked fine, but these are different and can only use when reading very up close. I love Goodr frames so I was hopeful for new reading glasses.

Everything was great

Waited 6 weeks for my prescription sunglasses with little to no communication. Once received they met expectations but why was it sooooo long?

The staff guided me through the process very efficiently and were very supportive . I had made a mistake in my initial ordering and they helped me to rectify my mistake and receive the glasses I love.

Lensabl used my progressive prescription for lens replacement into existing glasses a really love. Turned out perfect in every way. Highly recommend this company.

It took a bit long to receive the glasses but that was expected. I was willing to wait due to the price and all I was getting. Seemed worth it. However, now that I have them I feel like maybe the anti-reflective coating wasn’t put. There is a lot of glare. On top of that I feel like I just dont get a crisp clean view. I can see with them so the rx is fine. But I would not buy from here again.

Great selection of replacement lenses. I was looking for the latest Transitions with a blue mirror finish. I could not find it anywhere else. Easy to order and I am happy with the lenses.

It has now been nearly a month since I was informed that my refund would be processed, and I have still not received it.
My order was never successfully completed, and despite repeated assurances, the refund for this failed transaction has not been issued. This has been going on since September 2025. This is unacceptable.

Kept my prescription lenses and didn't return them

Ordered twice from Lensabl they sent me the same wrong item twice for both orders. The company is garbage!

Executed my prescription perfectly and promptly fixed an edge problem that developed with one of my lenses.

Took too long to get my glasses and was not shared updates on a timely basis.

Frames are turning yellow on my Iced by Yetis.Do not understan this discoloration that is occurring as I have the same style with sunglass lenses for more than a year and no discoloration.

I ordered my prescription glasses in December 2025 and still have not received them. It is March 2026.

Sizing was not reflective of online measurement. When I let them know they wouldn’t replace or refund.

The things I heard online about this company made worry after I ordered my glasses. Honestly though it was really easy to place my order and it was like 20days before I got my glasses I think but they fit perfect and look perfect. I love the transition on them and the style. I get a lot of compliments on them as well. The frame I chose was the James Oro Hydras

Never received my order that was placed December of last year. Never got updates on status and had to always request status and still have not received my refund after I cancelled the order to this day!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I sent some frames to have Rx lenses made for my son. He is a US Marine and needed these lenses in a hurry to take with him on a mission.

I placed the order online and put a note in the “comments” section that we needed these lenses fast. Your team delivered! THANK YOU! His glasses are being delivered to me today and I will be overnighting them to Twentynine Palms.

glasses shipped over a month after placing the order with no communication in between. Once shipped they failed to enter something correctly in ups and the package was returned to them. no way to contact in order to get a response. you just have to email a box that doesn't respond. Currently out $900, can't see, and feel its best to warn everyone to stay away from this company unless it's your only option.

Needed contacts in a rush, found Lensabl and gave them a try. Original delivery date stated 2-5 business days but Will from Lensabl reached out letting me know my order was already processed and should be able to process for next day shipping!! Would definitely order from them again and once again just want to shout out to Will for the amazing customer service and experience ordering from them. Thanks!
