I was very satisfied at first with the service and convenience of buying online and savings. The cost was almost too good to be true. The new lenses were perfectly made to my prescription. However within a couple of months they were so scratched that I could not see out of them. I contacted the company and they replaced them saying it was a bad coating. Now the second pair have scratches also. I have glasses that are twenty years old and those lenses have no scratches. They refuse to replace the new lenses less than 6 months old. I am not convinced that it was worth getting expensive Verilux progressive lenses with transitions and having them scratched in such a sort time was worth the savings by ordering online.

Ordered lenses for my Ray-Ban Meta glasses from here half a year ago, and they've been performing astonishingly well! I've never had lenses made so well before. It's been 6 months and even after dropping my glasses on concrete a few times, there isn't a single scratch, and the clarity is unmatched. The transitions work better than any other pair I've tried too. All this and more for half the price elsewhere, I couldn't be any happier!

Absolutely the best ordering process - online or otherwise - resulting in the best pair of glasses that I've ever had in my 60 years of wearing glasses. I just received my glasses with the new lenses made by ReplaceALens and I am thrilled. My expectations are exceeded. I've tried others online (Lensabl) but very poor service and cost much more. ReplaceALens made the process easy to understand, easy to order and these progressive lenses are the best I've ever worn. So impressed!! Thank you!

This is the third time that I’ve used Replacealens. I’ve had the lens replaced on both reading glasses and sunglasses. The service has been prompt and the quality, excellent. Also the cost is less than half of my local glasses store.

I've ordered 2 pairs of lens replacements with ReplaceALens. The first were XtraActive Transition lenses for new Ray Bans. The 2nd was for a pair of Oakley Holbrook sunglasses with mirror lenses. Both turned out perfect. I'm extremely happy with the quality and turn around time. XtraActive Transitions are difficult to find in replacement lenses. I took a chance on going with ReplaceALens as I had never used them, and I am happy I did!

Greedy, incomoetent, cheap, and substandard.
Two orders, bifocals for wife and Replaced lenses for my vintage Revo. They chipped the original Revo lenses and tried not disclose the incompetence and lack of care. The new lenses are not even close to quality expected for the price; blurry and cheap quality. After spending over $250 on orders, asked for ONE case and I was quoted a price for a case that probably cost the pop shop less than $1.
Lost a potential repeat customer and absolutely no recommendations to friends or family members.

A+ service, lens and workmanship are of the highest quality. If you haven’t tried this place, you need to. I’ve ordered my second pair and I just got the first pair back a few days ago. I’m so happy with everything ..give this place a try ..you won’t be disappointed…

They got my glasses back to me within the stated period of time they said they would (much quicker than I expected). The lenses are beautiful, not a single scratch on them! They used the 1.74 index lenses I chose, thinnest lenses I've ever owned! Great company, and beautiful workmanship! And much, much cheaper (yet better quality) than anyone I've ever used in a brick and mortar store! Extremely happy with my new lenses.

I’m giving 2 stars because the staff were friendly. I was an in-store customer and I had new progressive lenses made for 2 pair of glasses, 8 months ago. Both sets of lenses are terrible. One set of lenses, the progressive part was placed in the wrong spot, so I can’t wear them without getting a headache. Also one of these lenses pops out all the time. The 2nd set I asked for the lenses to have the coating that gets dark in the sun and the salesperson ordered it incorrectly so they’re always sunglasses and again one of the progressives is a little off so they give me a headache. I ordered those to wear on vacation so I’d just have 1 pair to take for indoor and outdoor. I spent almost $300 for new lenses that I can’t wear. They threw away my old lenses and if I could have kept them I would have just put my old lenses back in and I could still see fairly decent, but with the new lenses they are garbage and unwearable. My experience with this business was disappointing to say the least.

I've ordered from this company twice. It's easy, they provide a shipping label to print and they're pretty darn fast for a mail-order operation.

The website looks a bit dated, but don't let it fool you. It's properly secured, and it's crazy fast and easy to order without ever talking to a person. And if you prefer human contact, they have nice customer support people standing by to help.
