This is a SCAM.

My delivery never progressed past the ‘packaging information received’.

Emails were originally responded to with an apology and a hollow promise of delivery. Any recent emails demanding a full refund have, not surprisingly been met with silence.

It has been an expensive lesson to check trust pilot before purchasing online

It’s a scam ! Never got my package, they sent many emails saying it will follow soon but it never did, same as the refund i asked, that will obviously never come.
Their website is now unavailable and it looks like they vanished with my money.

Worst experience ever. Avoid this company at all cost.

Scam of a company. Avoid at all costs. Customer service is terrible. I ordered my items on the 18th Nov 2025, it is now the 21st of January 2026. By law they should refund me if I have been waiting a month but they email me some generic message that it is in transit and will arrive soon. I would prefer to give them zero stars. Do not buy anything from this company.

Low quality, made in china products. Returns process is impossible, do not buy!

I ordered a lamp on Dec 2 for £70 as a Christmas gift and it’s still not arrived. I’ve sent numerous messages without reply. Seems to be a scam

Scam company…. Ordered the lamp and 5 weeks later not received. Contacted the company multiple times and same answer every time (put together and on my way)
I contacted my card company and asked them to retrieve payment as I had concerns it was a scam.
Next day I got an email from le reflect asking me to stop the card retrieval process. They told me my lamp would be delivered shortly as it was on its way.
I told them I would when I received the order… 2 months and still nothing.
IT IS A SCAM

I was caught by an instagram ad. The service is terrible and I am now waiting for more than a month on any updates. I even contacted the support team, but no reaction at all since a week. I should have double checked trustpilot before ordering due to the fact that apparently the products as well are worst quality products that can be ordered on other marketplaces for less than 10€.

TL;DR
Don't let a flash website fool you Le Reflet are cheap tat at a premium price and poor service to boot.

Ordered from Le Reflet based on my wife's Christmas wish-list.

Delivery took a little over 6 weeks, with no updates whatsoever. I eventually ordered an equivalent for less than half the price and asked to cancel my order as I'd had no update, not even a confirmation of it being shipped in 6 weeks.

I was told it was now in transit and could not be refunded.

I then eventually received the Le Reflet and by then had also long since received the less-than-half-price equivalent and the Le Reflet product was noticably cheaper and nastier eg. plastic frame instead of aluminium for the other etc

Zero stars would be better. I purchased a product and it simply didn't arrive. I contacted them to enquire on a delivery date and received no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

Ordered 2 lamps 18 November. Nothing has arrived. Customer service refuse to refund.
A complete scam.

I had a similar experience to all the other reviewers on here. I was seduced into buying a Kyoto floor lamp by the slick images and videos on the website, and the fact that the company claims to be Finnish. All the marketing oozes "chic Nordic design". The reality is a big fat NOPE.

The lamp took several weeks to arrive and when it finally did, it was clear that this was cheap Chinese crap, not worth even a tenth of what I paid for it. The quality of the light is so low, and the colours so garish, that I wouldn't even qualify it as mood lighting. The sections of the lamp don't fit together properly, so there are gaps in what little light it does throw out.

I wrote to their customer service to complain and demand an immediate refund. When I finally heard back, I received what seems to be an AI-generated response designed to placate disgruntled customers and ask for photos of the not-fit-for-purpose product. Since sending photos and reiterating my demand for an immediate refund, I've received no response whatsoever. I have initiated a chargeback with my card issuer and am hoping this comes through.

Only now, some 2 months after falling for this scam, is the site being flagged as potentially unsafe and malicious. Do NOY buy from these crooks. And don't fall for the marketing on FB for Hofka Home, what seems to be a copycat site touting the same crappy quality lights as the Le Reflet scammers.

- I ordered two Kyoto lamps for 141 CHF
- what i received were 2 cheap lamps from China that looked completely different
- customer service then told me that I have to return them to china, however as the return address on the homepage was finland I returned it there
- per email they offered me first 10% then 20% then 40% deduction, if I did not return
- I returned the parcel with fedex. However the parcel was witheld at custums in Finland, as Le Reflet Store did not react to the calls and emails for customs
- it will this be returned to me.....!

Le Reflet Store did never answer my emails on the fact
- that they sent me another article
- that they do not reply to the contacts of the customs

They just keep ignoring my requests.
Its an absolute SCAM DO NOT ORDER THERE!

I ordered a floor lamp + got a complimentary lamp included after I saw an advert where I thought the product looked nice. I did not check however their reviews beforehand and after I did, I decided to cancel my order. The order had been "in progress" without being shipped for over 2 weeks since my purchase.

And after I wrote my cancellation request, I kept getting standard robotic like responses like "thank you for your patience your order is important to us".

After more than a week back and forth where they ignored my cancellation wish, they finally responded with "your order has now been shipped and it is therefore too late to cancel according to our terms". This is pure scam and leading people on.

Worst possible service and buying experience I have ever encountered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

No delivery more than a month after ordering and paying. No response to my several emails about the delivery status. THIS IS FRAUD!

I ordered the Kyoto floor lamp when I saw the advert on instagram - the product and company looked chic and good quality. I ordered on the 7th November and didn’t get delivery information for about 2 weeks, I had to contact the company by email to get any information, and all I got was it’s coming “very soon” (they hadn’t even shipped the item at that point even though on their website they state “fast dispatch”) I finally received the item a full month after placing the order and firstly the packaging is very cheap with multi coloured writing on the side saying “LED magic color lamp” no mention of the “Kyoto floor lamp” like on the website. Secondly it’s advertised as “cordless” but it is not. Lastly, the return address is in Finland and so to return the item it will cost me the same amount as what I paid for the lamp itself.
Definitely do not buy from this company - you can find the exact same lamp in Kmart or Target for a fraction of the price and it will be exactly the same.

Really horrible quality! It looked classy in the pictures but when it arrived, it was all flashing colours and really bad quality, not usable.

Make sure you get tracking when you return, otherwise they claim to not have received it.

Fraudulent company. Items are cheap plastic. I tried returning the item. Have received no refund. Money lost. While the website claims returns are send to Finland, the customer service wants returns to China. Contact with the customer service has been terrible. The do not reply to my questions. I will report to police and other authorities.

Same as everyone else - do not buy from this company! Looks high end, Finnish company but just ships unbranded, low quality plastic tat that is unusable in normal home. Very little information on returns.
