Karl has really helped and guided me through the whole mortgage process, as a first time ( self employed) buyer there have been many occasions where I have been unsure of how to take the next step. Karl has gone above and beyond to advise and explain everything I have needed to know, whilst simultaneously doing all the hard work for me. He’s made the whole experience as smooth as possible and I can not recommend him or stress less mortgages enough. Thank you!

Paid 250£ for the service of getting a mortgage, James told me it looks ok and we can get a mortgage but after a couple of weeks no joy.
Then Helen said we can apply with Kent Reliance as everything looks ok but I have to pay Kent reliance 440£ admin fee to do the checks. Now it has been declined I was left with no explanation of why and 690£ spent.
