Brilliant service from customer services. The item I ordered and paid for became out of stock. I left the order live and customer services said they would send the item out as soon as stock was replenished, and that is exactly what happened in two weeks! Best price also! Brilliant😁

SIGMA ALARM AND IMOBALIZER
I spoke to Dan on a number of times to ask advice on both the S32 & S34 sigma, the last conversation was that I was purchasing the S32 to use OEM remote but wanted a keypad to link and separately immobilize, he said place the order and he would make sure it went out next day ,I did, and it was posted next day with keypad, and I got a separate bill for keypad,
Assistance / advice 5 STAR

customer email prior to speaking with us and aware that replacement will be sent a human error made in a warehouse -Hi,
Order no 6096
I ordered a front adaptor frame, but have been sent a rear so it won't fit.
I've re boxed it ready for collection (please send labels etc to print)
If you can get a front sent out to me please.
The collection will need to be either tomorrow or the 4th onwards as I'm away.
Many thanks
Peter.

First time user of Letang
There was a mix with the order but they are quick to answer phone and emails. But in my opinion the website can be a bit confusing. That's why my order was incomplete.
