I love my LetPot Senior! I live in a place that drops down below 0F quite a bit, and we just got snow in April! My climate is far too cold to grow Thai Basil outdoors, but my LetPot allows me to grow Thai Basil all year round. It's super easy to use and clean. The replacement parts are easy to get and the customer service is great. They are willing to help and so communicative. I will never use another hydroponic system!

The first D3 unit I purchased showed up with a damaged power supply. After trying to replace it myself, I reached out to the company directly.
Kath was extraordinarily helpful in resolving my issue. She sent me a new unit which works very well. My guess is that the original unit was damaged during shipping somehow and not the fault of Letpot.

Purchased a LetPot Mini 5-Pod Indoor Hydroponic Garden. The after sales process and communication re. delivery to the UK was excellent. Also received useful tips and tricks information. Kitchen worktop mini-herb garden growing well!

My little countertop garden was doing great for just over 1 year then stopped working. With no expectations I submitted an enquiry though the app. They had me send some videos and pictures, figured out the issue and sent me a replacement part no charge and it works again. Customer support was top notch.

Das Einrichten ist absolut easy. Schon nach drei Wochen gibt es Ergebnisse. Und man muss sich fast um nichts kümmern. Weiter so. Ich habe mittlerweile fünf Stück.

I've been using my Air for a few months now with great success .. I love the flexibility of the system and the connection to my wireless so I can monitor and maintain the schedule on my phone app. A few days ago the Air stopped working .. wouldn't power up. With some quick confirmations that I wasn't doing something wrong, LetPot (Kath) immediately shipped a new unit for me. Now that is great service!

I love my let pot❤️❤️. I never used a hydroponic garden in my life and now I’m growing lettuce. It is so cool to be able to cut your own lettuce in your house and you barely have to do anything to it to get it to grow. The one hydroponic garden. The filter was not working correctly. I contacted Customer Service and they asked me to do a couple things to make sure it wasn’t working and then they sent me one out now works beautifully. So a product that works great and great customer service. What more could you want? Thank you, LetPot.

This product has been wonderful. The set up and planting was so simple. The plants are growing well and the controls through the app work great.
We had a few problems with getting the pump to stay on long enough, however, customer service help was amazing! They really want you to have a great experience with their product.
We are really looking forward to wonderful, fresh herbs and produce this year.

When we received our LetPot we were very excited to get it and start growing. But like a lot of products sometimes things happen unexpectedly and our system stopped working. I immediately contact customer services and they did everything in their power to try to get us up and running again. We messaged back and forth for a few days and unfortunately they were unable to get it going. Without asking, begging or pleading LetPot asked for our address and shipped us complete new system. Which works great. We for sure will be get a second one as well as one for our son who loves to grow. On a final note we will be giving a 5 out of 5 to Kath in customer support.

The system was very easy to setup. I like the automation part of it and how I can adjust the height of the light as man plants grow.

Been using the LetPot indoor garden for a month. The LED light really helps the lettuce and herbs grow. Watering system is super convenient too. solid choice.

It was easy to set up. Looks attractive on my counter. I love that it automatically turns the grow light on and off. And my questions were answered very quickly with easy solution. I have the beginning of a garden on my shelf!

My LetPot indoor growing system has been running for several weeks. I grow basil, dill and small lettuce. The automatic watering makes it easy when I travel. It saves space in the kitchen and fresh herbs are always available.

The LetPot hydroponic garden fits perfectly on my kitchen counter. I mainly grow basil and parsley and they grow fresh and healthy. Very easy for beginners like me.

I bought a LetPot hydroponics system for my kitchen herbs and it works very well. Basil and mint started growing faster than I expected. Shipping took about a week but everything arrived safely.

DONT ORDER. Very disappointing experience with LetPot. I placed an order and received no tracking until I chased customer support weeks later. I was then told delivery had “failed,” despite never receiving any delivery notice, contact attempt, or opportunity to rearrange delivery. The parcel was returned and reportedly destroyed without my consent. As the item was never delivered, this is non-delivery, yet I was offered only a 50% refund or told to wait again for a replacement. Communication was slow and entirely reactive. Customers should be aware that if delivery issues occur, resolving them may require significant time, effort, and escalation.

Great customer service and product. I have 2 of the automatic watering systems with 20 extra droppers and hoses. I am very exited to Hooke it all up and water my seedlings. I had a issue with a d.o.a. power supply. The responded within one day and sent me a replacement. Talk about fast!!! Thank you for being a good company

So far, my experience hasn't been great.

Two of my items simply haven't arrived with the rest of the shipment.

The customer service has taken care of it (I am still to receive the replacement items).

The exchange with the customer service was nice, however, now I wanted to take a closer look at the item that DID arrive and realised shockingly that it's not a new item.. it has been opened and then re-covered with an additional piece of tape (like someone looked inside it, and sent it back again).

It's just frustrating when that happens.. when I pay for something new, I want to get something new. Now I don't even want to open it as there might be parts missing or whatever. And since I thought everything was fine with it (at first) the return-period has already passed.
