Shit company. They dont have way in their page to delete your account and your data. It is against the EU law GDPR. I moved all my domains out and they still trying to charge my credit card for renew.... Ver mais

Been with Letshost since 2013. Every year I have a few problems with the site from plugin problems to site down and various other issues. Everytime I email them and ask for help, they are quick to reply and fix the problem. That's all I can ask for: eg: if I have a problem, will you reply promptly and stay with me until it's fixed. So far they have so yes, I can recommend Letshost.

Our site went down the day I was presenting materials on it to students, so having panicked first, I then took out a support. I got an immediate response and the site was back up in an hour. Naturally, I was very relieved and grateful for the speedy support.

I had a problem with my emails.. went to various phone and computer shops to seek help but to no avail.. I then rang Let’sHost( who are my email/ domain provider) and spoke with Patrick.. I’m a tech dinosaur but he had the patience and professionalism to guide me all the way through the process of resetting my emails.. and all done with simple “non tech” instructions. I’m very happy with the service provided.

Overpriced on .ie domains, slow to respond to tickets, and incorrectly billed for domains that were no longer registered with them.

I applied to register a .ie domain on July 25th. I was asked to submit a copy of my passport to prove my entitlement to an .ie domain. This was provided the same day. For the next three days I received an email from them asking me to provide them with proof of nationality, including, for example, my passport! In frustration I then submitted a utility bill and finally the domain was registered to me.
I then attempted to register two more .ie domains with the request that they use the same contact details as I had provided for the initial domain registration. I received an email from them stating that all the domains had been registered to me. On that basis I purchased two email hosting packages, one for each of the second domains.
I spent over five hours attempting to set up email clients on my laptop and Iphone. I finally gave up on Friday and sent an email to LetsHost requesting assistance. I was very gobsmacked when I received an email from them advising that the two new domains had not been registered as they needed proof of my Irish citizenship. I pointed out that they already had that information from my original .ie domain application. Since then I have received two further emails asking me to provide proof of citizenship, both of which I have responded to. It is a bank holiday weekend so I won't hear back until Tuesday. Five wasted days! If the service I have received as a new customer is indicative of the service LetsHost provides, then I have made a huge mistake placing my business with this company.
Should LetsHost read this post their ticket numbers are 928207,716207,292507 and 927107.
UPDATE. Finally this morning Lets Host confirmed that the two additional domains have been registered to me. However, despite paying for their basic email package last week, I can still not set up email accounts on either domain. I have tried on my Iphone, Ipad and using the Thunderbird client on my laptop. Emails to Lets Host asking for advice remain unanswered.

I have been using LetsHost for more than 10 years and have always found the customer service to be excellent. Nothing is too much trouble even for someone with very little IT knowledge. I have been helped out and learned so much from their skilled team.

I've been dealing with Letshost for many years now. Their product range is comprehensive and bulletproof, but what I really like is when I occasionally want to talk to someone - whether sales or support - they're friendly & quick - and solve the issues easily.
Honestly - nothing negative to report at all! 😊

I'm a long time user and work with a lot of other hosting providers. Always a nice surprise to see the level of support available at Letshost in comparison to many of the others.
My last issue was responded to within 20 minutes and solved with free advice on why it had happened and how to make sure it didn't happen again.
Highly recommended.

Not just a range of excellent services, but the measure of any business is what happens when you have problems.
I had a (self generated) problem, and opened a ticket for help.
VERY quickly sorted, and 'back on the road' as it were in double quick time.
I can honestly say I've never had such good service from anyone else.

I was an existing customer with only one domain name, and recently signed up for a hosting package. I needed a few pointers, I am assuming this is quite common as there is always a need to get comfortable with the tools every hosting provider/domain registrar uses.
Support - Support has been nothing short of amazing! Prompt response (so good!), very detailed and to the point explanations. I used a much larger competitor in UK when I lived there, with support only available via phone, always pushing back with minimal information. Letshost folks are the exact opposite, and it is very pleasing and comforts me in my decision to sign up for Letshost.
Tools - I have never seen so many tools available for web designers and coders to do their jobs and do it well! Whatever you have used before there is a chance it's there. And if you still have an issue with anything, send a support query and you get a fast friendly reply!
For all these reasons, I give Letshost a 10 out of 10. Well done Letshost.

I had a small question and it was out of hours, but I received an automated response immediately, which was helpful in itself, and then a short time later received a further response from LetsHost's technical support. Very prompt, very efficient and very pleasant.
