Terrible company so I'm moving away
Terrible company so I'm moving away. Used to be great to deal with a number of years back, but now big delays on calls, delays on tickets, everything is an extra charge even when it's not apparent that it's anyone's fault other than reg365.

Excellent support on DNS issue
I spoke with Richard who helped me solve a DNS issue with a client website. Not only did he fix my issue he also identified some issues I didn't know I had and helped fix those too!!
