Shit company. They dont have way in their page to delete your account and your data. It is against the EU law GDPR. I moved all my domains out and they still trying to charge my credit card for renew.... Ver mais

Extremely efficient and prompt courteous service
I recently had a problem accessing my website and Letshost sorted the problem within minutes. Very fast and efficient service. Highly recommend this company.
I know hosting companies have a reputation for being difficult to deal with, especially for non-techy's like myself, but I've found these guys really easy to deal with. I've just jumped over from Godaddy due to some apalling customer service, and so far letshost have been the exact opposite. Calls are answered quickly enough, agents are helpful, follow-up emails are actually sent. It's a world of difference.
It’s a pity I can’t give minus here. They are inefficient and have nothing but problems. The latest of which is I tried to transfer to another hosting company and they blocked the transfer and withheld files . Now no website for 3 months and no emails . I highly encourage you to go with someone else unless you value your data

Lets Host have been hosting a site for me for quite a few years now and I have always been very happy with the level of service I have received.
Today I had need of some technical support and I spoke with Patrick Canney of LetsHost Technical Support. The guy couldn't have been more helpful, first rate customer service. You get what you pay for and I regard Lets Host as excellent value for money.
Some entity sent emails that looked very professional stating that my emails would cease to function if I did not click on the recommended box .Anyway I contacted Lets Host and they were very helpful in advising me on the correct course of action which I am very grateful .
Due to personal circumstances I had to cancel my website hosting with LetsHost in March 2021.
In mid May 2021 things changed and I approached LetsHost asking if they could reinstate my hosting.
And I was very nicely surprised to hear they kept a copy of everything and I was up and running in no time.
I have been with them for 7 years now and never had a problem.

Had an issue with a clients site and technical staff sorted it out courteously and efficiently, I was very impressed with their support service.
I have always found the staff helpful and willing to problem solve.
I have been with LetsHost for four years now, and it has been a smooth experience. This morning I contacted them seeking their assistance in sorting out an issue of serious concern to me. I was so fortunate that an absolutely lovely man called Patrick Canney came to my assistant. His courteous and patient handling of my problem was extremely reassuring. His professionalism addressing, and solving the distressing situation was of the highest calibre of efficiency. I can unreservedly say that I met with the gold standard of customer care.
I have been with Let's Host for less than 4 months & I am seriously considering going back to my previous host. There is little to no customer support & I am constantly being sold to.
I emailed them regarding installing Let'sEncrypt plug in to my CPanel myself, using WHM & they offered me no support, instead "offered" me an SSL Cert for €104.95 + VAT per domain for one year. Considering that this plug in is free, it's very disappointing of them to try to pinch more money from customers.
Two days ago they had also been in touch upselling more storage also. "Will I issue an invoice?" is their tag line!!

We had recurring email issues and the Lets Host support team were fantastic - followed up and kept following up until everything was completely sorted!
I would like to say how helpful the lads have been to me in Letshost. Particularly Jakob. If was not for him and his patience I would be still banging on my keypad. I’m with Letshost for over 2 years now and I have never had an issue once, always courteous when I call.
So thanks guys all of you who didn’t put the phone down on me when I asked too many Qs.

The level of technical and sales support from this company is faultless. Friendly, prompt and knowledgeable people. Have never had a negative interaction with them
Frustrating and Stressful. I have 2 domains with them and, when it came to renewal, I got my notification and attempted to pay. No confirmation but the money went out of my account. I was then harassed by multiple requests and final notice invoices for a payment I had already made. I rang the support and received a message saying to raise a ticket as the service was unavailable. I raised two tickets which took over two weeks to get a response. And man, did I get a passive aggressive response. No apology for taking my money and repeatedly invoicing me for the funds. I was corrected on another concern I had reqarding a price increase. I'm a startup business in COVID with bills and no income. Last thing I need is a bad financial system, repeated invoicing and final notice for payment already made, an inability to connect with someone who could help. And they didn't even have the decency to apologise for their error. I like to support Irish but the customer service is shocking. And that turns me off not only Letshost but any other Irish provider. Customer experience is key.
As for the reply below, why do you not provide the level of support when the customer needs it? Why does it take a trustpilot review to get any attempt at support from you. I'm not going to waste my time schooling you. I'm the customer. Customer service should be your priority. Not an afterthought when you're called out on it.

Even worked on the issue over the weekend.
