Using letter stream to get all my certified mail prepared and sent with full tracking and everything has been a blessing especially as I reside out of the country. They've always been prompt and reliable and accurate. Their Rush service really is Rush service for same-day mailing in my experience. I highly recommend. The portal is easy to use, plenty of opportunity to double check the proof before it goes out to make sure you don't make any mistakes. Pricing is incredibly reasonable and as I said most importantly reliable.

Sending a certified letter is the gold standard for proof of service and Letterstream makes it simple and convenient without having to drive to the post office, the uspo 5 pm deadline requirement and having to wait in line. Was good for a while. 3 out of 4 of my last letters were undeliverable for an unknown reason. I was told they would refund me and they did not. So I have lost confidence in this service.

I only been using Letterstream for a good year and a half, and i have no complaints. Each Letter i submitted always went to the specified recipient. The Certified Mail helps. especially if i need something sent out on that said day to someone important.

I've been using this service since the Covid lockdown and they are consistently excellent - correct documents printed correctly, including checks, and mailed when promised.

I did not expect to be writing a review of a letter shipping service on a Friday night but I was really impressed with Letter Stream's service. Every once and a while, I am in a position where I need to send a certified letter (its a special type of letter you mail via USPS) a few times a year. I have done it through the post office a few times but it is a pain in the butt and you need special envelopes, which it does not make sense to buy if you only do a few a year. However, I have been using Letter Stream in 2025 and it has been so much better. All of my certified letters are now professionally printed in custom envelopes for a price slightly higher than mailing it regular. The printing is precise and looks very professional. I am also incredibly impressed at the speed Letter Stream mails my letters. I have yet to pay for expedited processing yet all 7 of my letters were mailed same day. It is so much easier than doing yourself and is painless. If you ever need to send a certified letter, Letter Stream is the perfect service to use.
