My order shipped out on 26th but recipient has not received it and I have not heard from mailform. I filed a complaint with my credit card company, BBB, FTC and Attorney General.

just didn't work
Starts by always putting you on a page trying to force feed you to send bulk emails. then, after i got everything set up, it wouldn't accept either of the credit cards THAT I USE EVERY DAY, that always work.
And instead of telling you why it can't use that credit card (that their competitors accepted), it says "error processing", and gives 3 sentences on something else they're trying to sell
Beware!…
Used twice for a very important letter involving a legal matter where timing of delivery is crucial. The first letter arrived late, and now im not even sure it arrived at all. Second letter also shows as late. Overall highly unreliable, inconvenient and untrustworthy. Unfortunately I will not be using this service ever again.

worst service ever. Didn't deliver my package at the address. Called severa times and sent them emails but no response. Worse than USPS.

I paid 3.22 to have a rebate sent to 1800 contacts because it was advertised for mailform at the bottom of the page to skip the stamp so I did and now 1800 contacts is telling me the information that mailform sent was inaccurate and will not give me my 30 dollar mail in rebate. They also take forever to respond back i emailed several times and in the end they told me to contact 1800 contacts to get it fixed what a joke.
What a crappy service
What a crappy service, sent a simple one pager certified and no tracking as of yet. I am demanding a refund as i will be looking at other options. Also it says a lot about a company when they dont have google reviews available.

Use w/Caution & ONLY as a Last Resort
Placed a very SIMPLE, STRAIGHTFORWARD, yet time sensitive, order (U.S. sender & U.S. recipient) on the morning of the 17th. A couple of hours after the usual order confirmation came through, we received email confirmation with tracking number stating that our document HAD BEEN MAILED.
That was, in short, a lie.
In the middle of a regular, M-F, business week, a full 48 hours passed before our document reached USPS for processing. (And, worse, it arrived THREE MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING TIME.)
Today is the 23rd. (That's 7 days since our very simple order was placed).
The SINGLE piece of paper that we reasonably expected Mailform to process in a timely manner HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED AT ITS DESTINATION and, per USPS, delivery isn't expected to occur for another 3 days.
Unacceptable.

Used their service to try and save time. Would have been faster to mail the documents myself. No updates no customer service no one answers the emails phone lines are closed

Document still hasn't been delivered
I sent a document out to someone and was told it would be delivered by 11/21/24.... Here it is 12/11/24 and it still hasn't been delivered. Then I received an email saying it had arrived in Macon, GA on 11/21 and takes 4 to 8 business days to reach it's destination. It's now been more days than I was told and still there's no sign of the document.

I’ve noticed that the mailform address is down yet again. I cannot retrieve the tracking number to my priority mail & trying to find out whether it was delivered or not

Exceedingly disappointing customer support experience
Exceedingly disappointing customer support experience. Did a test order on behalf of my company. The order was not reflected in the account history. On 11-01-23, I sent a message through the website as well as to the support email provided. No reply. 12-04-23 sent a follow-up email. No reply. We will not be using this service.

Their service is extremely low
Their service is extremely low, I have sent a mail through USPS Next day delivery and till now they have failed to deliver the package, two of my letters like that, this people need to work on how to keep their clients. I will continue rating you bad until you work on your accuracy.

Very slow service. They do not provide what they say.
I ordered time sensitive certified mail…
I ordered time sensitive certified mail pieces and it showed that everything was good and complete. The system showed the the payment went through and my card was charged. I kept checking the tracking # status and the tracking number kept coming up as a void tracking number. After a couple weeks I contacted mailform (who is very difficult to contact) as they did not answer their phones or reply to my emails without repeated attempts. I finally heard back and they said sorry it was their mistake and the zip code section was entered wrong. I asked them to promptly fix it and get my items mailed. My certified mailers were late and when I asked to get a refund they had no response to me or any of my emails. I set up a credit card dispute in which they responded that I had made an error on my end and everything was delivered as ordered. I am disappointed at Mailform and their customer service team.
Forms never arrived
Forms never arrived. Customer support basically said, "too bad". Avoid.
UPDATE 6/2025- They're cleaning old bad reviews off line. Mine was going to be deleted unless I logged back in and provided reference numbers and other stuff.
tl;dr - As bad as they seem from reviews, they're actually somehow worse. smh
Waste of money
I tried to use Mailform to send some government documents to myself due to the ongoing pandemic. You'd think that this would be pretty basic but the documents arrived in a laughably terrible format. Instead of a normal 8.5 x 11 portrait orientation the documents were in landscape orientation with the actual text taking up 1/3 of the page and being almost too small to be legible. I know that I double checked my documents in the preview function that was available and I honestly have no idea how something so basic could be screwed up so badly.

i sent 2 certified legal documents using their service and never received confirmation that the documents where mailed. i called their customer service number and only got a recording. i think this could be a Mailroom cold be mail fraud?
