Went to Lexus Woodford on 31st August 2024 to service my car and they valued my vehicle and at this point I did not have any intention to go for an exchange.But the sales person Vicki Fowles saw me walking around looking at cars and she came to me and asked whether she could help.
I was a bit attracted to one particular model and colour,and she said why don’t you go for a drive. We went for a drive and I did really like the car.
I told her that I will let her know and later I decided to buy that car on the same day.
She was very honest , friendly and helpful to sort out all paperwork immediately and l had the car on the same day.
I am sure that she is very good in customer service and the potential to make sales.

Lovely team, really helpful. Made the experience as painless as possible, with good communication and trying to accommodate my need to be as quick as possible.

Recently purchased a used Lexus to replace my pervious (and first) Lexus as I was so pleased with my old one I decided to go via a main dealer which is usually more expensive because Id hoped this would be a higher quality of service and customer care experience. The car I found was a fair distance from home but when I saw it I liked it and purchased it, a few days later I noticed the boot panel alignment wasn't great and asked this to be looked at by my local Lexus dealer in Sidcup they said they would be happy to but I should go back to Woodford where I purchased this so I wouldn't be charged as they felt this would be covered under warranty as I had only purchased 2 day prior. I supplied pictures of the issue which although minor I wanted rectified as a premium car from a main dealer this seems reasonable to me. I sent pictures to Lexus Woodford who advised they would look at the car, however once I arrived I was informed they had no body shop staff on site so some sales people slammed the boot a few times and confirmed there was a panel alignment issues as in my photos- so this felt like a waste of my time and petrol for nothing. They then asked body shop to look but they refused to even look at the car as nothing was broken. This to me is no level of customer service at all, Id have hoped for better from Lexus main dealer, its very disappointing. They were very quick to call back when I was arranging viewing and in taking my money but a small issue didn't even warrant someone casting their eye over it to see if there was a solution. Disappointing show from Lexus Woodford.

Nice greeting from reception on arrival. Very helpful and useful discussion with CaiLin about Lexus facilities and options. Great experience in car presentation and handover, CaiLin took unlimited time explaining the car’s controls and features. Nice greeting from other colleagues in completing the handover.

For women this is the best showroom to buy a car from no chauvinistic sales men here . All the staff are helpful and there is a nice calm atmosphere. My thanks to Cai particularly who helped explain the qualities of my new car and located a white interior for me. Just love my Lexus

Good service

Amazing customer service as always from Karolina and her colleagues at Lexus Hainault. They are a credit to this company. Have dealt with Lexus Woodford and Hainault for almost twenty years and would never consider going anywhere else.

Disgraceful repair
My £70,000 Lexus was in an accident, I took it to Lexus Woodford who I purchased the car from for them to repair it. Thinking they were professional. yesterday as the car was being cleaned the paint started to peel away like wall paper.

they had not properly prepared the car before painting. there response it comes with a 5 year warranty. this is blatant negligence.

I purchased a second hand Lexus 300 two weeks ago at Woodford. The sales rep was Roksana Sorian, a charming lady who could sell ice to Inuits. As always it was a really pleasant experience and the car is everything you would expect of a Lexus. Woodford is not my closest Lexus dealership but I always enjoy my time there which makes it worth the extra mileage.

Brilliant service as always

As part of my service plan I came in for an MOT test. Once I was seen by the service team member I decided to seat & wait while my vehicle is been checked.
On arrival it was quite busy and there where about 8 people's waiting in the waiting area.
After seating about 20 mins later the receptionist came to the waiting area and she asked specifically few people if they wanted a hot drink and she served 2 person and then she continued doing other stuffs.
She walked passed me several times totally ignoring me.
I was in the waiting area sitting for 4 hours during that time many other people's arrived and after initial checking in they where attended to by the receptionist and on ALL occasions she walked passed totally ignoring me.

I have been coming to Woodford Lexus with my car since 2018, and I have never been IGNORED. Even when I am the ONLY person in the waiting area.
But on this occasion I felt that I am NOBODY.
VERY DISAPPOINTED

The heater in my Lexus UX 300e suddenly stopped working about a week before it's first service was due on the 15th January. Unfortunately, there wasn't an earlier appointment, so I brought it in as scheduled. I waited in the showroom but after a couple of hours, my advisor returned to say everything was fine except the heater couldn't be repaired and a new part was needed. She explained that a few of these models had had the same issue and the part wasn't expected in until the 26th February! I had no choice but to take my car home and thankfully, was provided a hire vehicle the next day. I then had to bring the Lexus back to the showroom the following day and was provided a taxi to take me home. On the 30th January around 11.30am, my advisor called to say the part had come in earlier than expected and my car was ready. I asked if they could charge it for me as I hadn't been able to before and she said yes they could. I arrived at 5.15pm but when I got in the car, there was only 18 miles, so it hadn't been charged. The advisor said she'd asked and was told it had been but now, there wasn't anything she could do. I therefore had to drive home on the A406 with no heating, as using it would take more power. So I was unable to check whether the heater worked and with my windows open because they started to steam up! I got home safely with 6 miles left, cold and annoyed. It's unacceptable and the advisor really should have checked that the engineer had charged the vehicle as she'd instructed, as I was left in a very vulnerable position. She was helpful throughout the whole process but unfortunately, I was let down at the last hurdle. I hope lessons are learnt after this experience.

They fitted free Tracker for my car as it was attack by car theft. I have been welcome with smile and some nice cup of coffee. They done the job fairly quick and also done some extra bit for free like clean the car outside and inside, fitted my headlight plug and even properly installed my bumper. Really happy with the service ☺️

The best car customer service I can ask for. I went to Lexus Woodford this morning this’s my third time to visit the showroom for hybrid check. They carry the best service as usual and gave more unexpectedly they clean my car. I will to show my personal appreciation to jovial Carly Moodley who served me brilliantly, Tracie Cark for serving me with a great smile and tea. Big shoutout to Mahdi, Alex, Louis, and not forgetting the incredible service team and valetrts team and of course AZ with the green jacket
