Bartek from the Acton branch was very helpful and his knowledge in advising how to treat bad stains on walls and ceilings was excellent.

Easy to find and exactly what I wanted

We are a business and had an invoice missing from a few months back, we didn't know if it was purchased online or instore. Clayton dealt with our request for a copy and managed to track it down in a couple of days.

I tried ordering a set of steps 3 times and each time I was refunded the money, but never received an email/ expatiation from Leyland that the order was stopped. I only notice because I looked at my bank account statement. 3 weeks later, I still need to get some steps

I haven't receve my item them send it wrong at not my adress..rabish company

the company seems good. despatched my goods on time although they need to use a different delivery company as I paid for next day delivery and it came 2 days later which was ordered before 12 -0 clock.

Helpful and friendly

I am so impressed by Bruno and his team at the Bayswater branch of Leyland and wanted to make sure I wrote something officially about how fantastic they all are. I have been in numerous times over the past few months for paints and other items, and the advice and care, friendliness and professionalism from everyone in the store is second to none. They have such knowledge and passion, and it's a joy to go in there and I always end up learning something new from their advice! Bruno is a truly world class manager and it's clear how much the team love and respect him. My only flag would be that for a store of that size, it feels like the team is slightly small. On my last visit there were around 14 customers - some trade, some personal, like me - needing help and the guys were having to dart around trying to serve everyone. And on more than one occasion, there has been the unfortunate incident of minor shoplifting simply due again to size of store v. size of team and it being impossible for the staff to be able to be in 3 places at once in such a busy large store! I felt compelled to drop a review as I simply can't speak highly enough of Bruno and everyone there and great thanks to them all for the expert wisdom they share and playing such a crucial part in the renovations of my home!

Delivery was prompt, securely wrapped, but the floor paint was white, not the tile red ordered

Advertised on website but don't have it, no notification to say it was being refunded while I was waiting for it. Site says stores have the products however if you go in store they say never sold it before. If you can't do anything right with the site just don't bother.

Stu and all the staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way gather everything I needed and providing useful tips with a friendly smile. Thank you!!

Payed for next day delivery, everything I ordered turned up next day, well packed and as described. Would definitely use again.

Dalston store - all staff very helpful especially Thomas - had nearly everything I needed - shame about the parking though

Ordered and paid two boxes of foam rollers to be delivered, they have yet to turn up

Website said it was open on New Year’s Day and was closed when I got there.

I ordered a goods. After 10 days still not received it. Only email confirm order, but no email confirm departure. So I am still waiting for the delivery after 10 days. Even the website said 2-3 days delivery.

Took my money and I never received my order. Email address they sent me was false / non deliverable and the phone number cut out when waiting for customer service team.

I wanted to paint my flat over the Christmas period! I paid for the premium delivery of my ordered products. They still have not arrived: Now 28/12/2024:
Products have not arrived (06/01/2025). Promised a refund on delivery charges. Refund has still not arrived into my account. (06/01/2025)....
Finally the paint roller arrived. Still no paint (07/01/2025). What a disaster......
I simply want the pot of paint that I ordered, and paid for so many days ago.. Please let me know your thoughts?

The ordered part was exactly as required and delivered next day. Excellent service
